Situated in the world-renowned vacation home community of Davenport, FL, this 6-bedroom, 4-bathroom Mediterranean-style retreat, provides a blend of elegance and relaxation, perfect for families and large groups.
This gorgeous villa has themed rooms, stunning lake views, and each detail has been meticulously designed to create a memorable experience. The private, south-facing, screened-in pool area offers stunning views over the lake and Florida’s natural wetlands, while the grand master suite features a private balcony. Step outside for a morning coffee, an evening glass of wine or simply to enjoy watching the wildlife on the lake.
There will be no cries of "I'm bored!" once the family discover the fabulous, surf themed games room, featuring a pool table, foosball table, and flat-screen TV. Plus, this large house has two separate seating areas, for everyone to spread out and relax. Each of the bedrooms has beautiful, hand painted theming, creating wonder and tranquility, whichever room you choose.
Whether you're exploring Orlando’s theme parks or simply unwinding, Lakeview Retreat ensures a perfect getaway for every traveler. Solterra also has a wealth of on-site amenities such as, communal pool, bubbling spa, water slide, children's play area, tennis courts and a practice pitch. There is also a cafe/bar with outdoor seating, fireplaces and TVs.

Solterra Resort Fee Information
Upon arrival, the primary guest must check in at the clubhouse to complete registration and pay the resort fee:
✔ Fee: $35 for 1-12 guests, $45 for 13+ guests (paid via credit card only, no cash accepted)
✔ Guests will receive:
Resort Access Card (required for clubhouse and pool entry)
A 4-digit clubhouse fitness center access code
Wristbands matching the number of guests in the reservation (wristbands change weekly; guests staying multiple weeks must visit the clubhouse each Monday for new wristbands)
After-Hours Arrivals: Gate attendants will provide temporary access. The primary guest must register at the clubhouse the following morning to receive access cards and wristbands.

"The house was very nice with plenty of room for two families. The backyard pool area overlooking the pond was very nice and made it seem much more secluded. There were quite a few gators to watch from the pool area which the kids loved. Overall it was a great stay and we would highly recommend it.

"My family loved this home! Very spacious! I was concerned about them not having adequate towels, dishes, etc but there was more than enough! Some days we didn’t go with our plans and wanted to chill at the house/pool. And we did just that the kids loveeeed the pool, and the supplied pool floats and toys. The only thing I would suggest in this home is larger cookware/pots. Thank you so much!! My family really enjoyed this home. We had minor issues but your management went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied.

"We stayed in Florida for a week and 2 days with a family of 12. The kids had an amazing time and the adults. The community is big and is family friendly! Make sure you clean everything upon entering , I’ve always done this even prior to Covid19. There is major stores located 7 mins from the location for all your needs & groceries which was very convenient. Pool cleaning is only on Tuesdays so book accordingly. Also trash is picked up every morning between 7-8 , be careful when placing in bin, there are raccoons that come out and eat the trash. Be sure to check out the special discounts given since you will be staying on the resort, will be listed on your check in details. They have a great game room , although one pool stick was broke we made it work! Overall, we had an amazing time!

"Exceptionally comfortable home with just about everything you need. Eight adults fit comfortably, Pool and pool area were glorious. Our evenings were spent outside, weather permitting. There is plenty of room, chairs and tables for everyone. Also a very clean house. We will definitely be back!!! Thank you for your hospitality! Brian

"Very happy with our stay at this wonderful property. Unfortunately, due to our heavy schedule (daughters wedding, theme parks, etc) we did not spend as much time relaxing and enjoying the facilities as we would have wished. As visitors to the region since 1990 with multiple villa hires under our belt, I can safely say that the spec of this property was of the highest. We have developed specific requirements and this villa fulfilled or exceeded our expectations. On the less positive side (1) we paid for pool heating but found the temperature low !, (2) the high tech controls took a a bit of understanding e.g. 3x remote controls for the lounge TV.
