"The property management company and owner were very responsive to the few issues we encountered. We enjoyed our stay. The home and pool area were as described with a beautiful kitchen that had plenty of dishes and silver ware. Over our 6 week stay, the only suggestions we’d make would be to upgrade the stools and add a desk chair. The stools did the job however they’re not the most comfortable for working or enjoying a meal.

"The service from Eagle Management was outstanding. Steven, Ed and Victoria optimise incredible customer service and I would never rent an Orlando property anywhere else! This is run like clockwork and by putting the customer at the heart of everything they do. The villa was as described - beautiful in every way. The door leading to the pool is being changed and although the pool door alarm could be annoying, small price to pay for such a beautiful villa. The service before, during and after, exceeded all expectations! What a top class outfit - thank you Steven and Eagle Management team!!

"The House was clean, the furniture was comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked. The location of the house was perfect if you wanted to go to Disney parks. There were many restaurants, shopping places/stores, hairdressers, etc. to choose from. The developement was nice, had a little park for kids and had sidewalks if you wanted to take walks. The price to heat the pool seemed pricey. We paid for a week and the heating worked really well. Would recommend.

"The home was clean, the furniture was comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. The developement was nice, had sidewalks if you wanted to take walks, and had a nice park area for kids. The location is very close to Disney Parks, restaurants, and shopping/grocery stores, hair dressers, etc. Heating the pool was a bit pricey, however, we paid for a week and it was great. I would recommend.

"This house is a fully equipped residence in a quiet neighborhood about 20-30 minutes from Disney. The pool is restful and refreshing. The kitchen has every appliance necessary for any meal and more than enough dishes for a family meal. I look forward to visiting again in the near future.

"The house was nice, clean, and very spacious for our family of four. The kids love the Micky Mouse theme and the view from the kitchen looking out into the pool was very convenient as we have two little ones that we have to keep an eye on. Also, having a large pond right behind the pool was nice as the little ones were able to see some ducks and birds. I didn't know this before but upon entering the property and looking around, there was a high chair, a single stroller, and a pack n play so very baby/toddler friendly. The only downside was the number of mosquitos waiting by the door as we entered and exited the property but that is to be expected since it is Florida. Well definitely stay here again in the future.

"The house was very family oriented and beautifully decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed to make family meals. It’s just minutes from Disney and Universal and the pool was heated and a perfect way to relax after a long day. The cranes and other birds in the lake were an added bonus. "Wonderful neighborhood, restaurants and grocery within 5 minutes, 25 minutes from Disney. Very clean house, spacious rooms and super cute decor! Beautiful view out of the back of the house of the pond with ducks, egrets etc. As a family we said numerous times that we would stay again! See you next year!

"The house was better than we expected. The pictures were very accurate. It was modern and updated and very clean. The Mickey theme was done very well and our 2 year old loved it. We did not have any issues. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the dishes and cookware you would need. There were plenty of kitchen, bath, and pool towels. Everything was very professional. The price was also very reasonable and better in price, value, and amenities compared to a hotel. We really enjoyed that it had a pack n play and a high chair. The house also has a beautiful view from the pool overlooking a little lake. I would definitely stay here again.

"Girlfriend and I travel to Florida every year. We always stay in the Davenport area. Many close stores and restaurants. Approx. 30 min to the parks. This home is very clean and has everything you need. One of the reasons I chose this home was the view of the lake. It’s always great to not have people directly behind you. I felt at home and did not want to leave. Will definitely look into renting again.

"This place was great for our group of 7. We couldn’t keep the kids out of the pool (we don’t have one at home) so that was great. Also we went to Disney and it was about a 20 minute drive which was nice. Stores are close and the renters provided everything else we needed. Would definitely recommend a stay here again.
