"Eagles place is very very similar to the description. Family of 5 with adults and kids. we had ample amount of space for family time. From watching the NBA games in the living room, while cooking too everyone sitting in the back and enjoying the pool. Everything you need to start your stay is included. We did run out of tissue in one bathroom and we needed 3 extra garbage bags. In the message received after you book, Eagle took the time to remind us to bring these items. Great communication before arrival and after you leave. The neighborhood is great. Very quiet. We have moved this home to top choice for our yearly Orlando visits. If I could change anything, we would pay to heat the pool during the April month.

"Such a stunning villa with brilliant facilities. Great for travelling to Disney and Universal. The villa was clean, tidy and beautifully decorated. A great stay for all the family. The outside pool area made chill days amazing with plenty of places to rest and relax. If I could rate it above excellent I would! "My family and I enjoyed our stay. This was a great place to celebrate me turning 40 as well as celebrating our Eid festivities. Very clean and looked just like the photos. Loved that you could get groceries or grab coffee or whatever your needs with very close businesses. I would book with them again for sure. Also I must add, The neighbor was so nice my truck had a flat and he helped my husband out so that we could get to a shop. The neighborhood was very quiet and exactly what I needed some peace and quiet.

"Spot on Clean, good value, near a large Publix, 15 mins to Disney, 25 mins SeaWorld, 45 mins Uniiversal (That can be traffic affected). Not on a big development, so no extra facilities. 5 mins in the car to the Champions gate restaurants. No major road noise. Great base.

"Everything was wonderful. The home was very clean, the pool was clean. It's a great place to take your family when you're away from home. Neighborhood is very quiet. Overall great experience. Private feedback: Thank you so much for making our family vacation very comfortable. Everything was wonderful and clean. Only suggestion that I have is the beds make creaking sound I think from the wood so every time you move you hear it that's the only thing I would tell you to fix. Other than that thank you again we had a great stay and will definitely be coming back.

"Great layout and well stocked kitchen supplies. Not too far from Disney. No food delivery available in the area. Pool had no protective screen around it, but there is an alarm system to alert when the sliding doors are opened. Beds were passable, not great. Overall, I felt it was a good value for the money.

"The house was very nice and the pool was great. The only problem we had was all the mattresses were very old and the springs were poking into our hips and ribs. It was very hard to get a good night's sleep. I would suggest to the owners to invest in new mattresses or put foam padding on the beds.

"We loved our florida trip! The home was clean and comfortable and exactly what we were looking for as our homebase. We went to Disney and Universal during the days and relaxed in the pool in the evening. It was never closed, like at a hotel. My family really appreciated that!

"We really enjoyed our best vacations ever in this villa home. It is neat and clean and is huge and it has every comfort of home. My kids enjoyed having a huge pool in a backyard. "This is our second time renting a house for a family vacation through Eagle Management. And again we were very pleased with our stay. For a big family of 6 this is just what we needed. Yes, may be the beds were not the most comfortable but for the price we paid i would take that over the tiny hotel room with no private pool. The two things that were a little annoying were the AC that kept reseting to 65 degrees and making it very cold inside and the alarm on the door leading to the pool. Understandable that it is there for the safety reasons but it was very annoying to having to push the button every time you open the door otherwise you will have to hear an ear piercing alarm. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely rent through this management company again.

"My family and I had a wonderful time. The house was better than I'd expected it to be. My family of 8 loved it! Many thanks to the previous comments describing the beds and the annoying alarm on the doors to the pool. I brought padded mattress covers. The air conditioner was a problem. It was extra cold. Overall.. We loved the house and had a great time.
