"The villa is spacious, elegant, and very close to all the theme parks. We loved the layout and the game room. The kitchen was modern and easy to use. I’m giving 4 stars only because the propane tank for the BBQ was empty when we arrived, and we had to go out to refill it. Not a big deal, but worth mentioning.

"**Wonderful Stay at such a spacious Villa!** Our family of 8 had an unforgettable stay at this villa near Orlando, Florida. The property was everything we hoped for and more. The **pool and hot tub** were perfect for relaxing after a long day at the parks. Speaking of parks, the villa's location is unbeatable – just a short drive to all the Disney Parks and only 10 minutes further to Universal Studios! The **pool table** was a huge hit with the kids, providing endless entertainment. Each of the **five bedrooms** had its own TV, which was a fantastic touch and allowed everyone to unwind in their own space. The villa was incredibly spacious, giving us all plenty of room to spread out and enjoy our vacation. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and fun-filled getaway near Orlando!

"This was the best Airbnb that I have stayed at to date. I loved the heated pool and spa and yes the extra fee was well worth it. My husband and I came down for our anniversary on Valentine’s Day and couldn’t have been more pleased. Those pictures don’t do it any justice. I would love to bring my family back here for some much needed r n r. The place was spotless and had all the cooking amenities that you could possibly need. All the rooms had blow dryers in them. All the bathrooms were full bathrooms with tubs and showers. I could go on and on.

"This house was perfect for us! It's very hard to find some many rooms with king/queen beds so this was a great choice. The house was very clean and ready when we arrived even though we had a much earlier check in. The location was great!! We were there for the AAU Volleyball Nationals as well as some vacation time. The location made it easy to get to the convention center and even better for the Disney parks. When looking for homes, a pool was a must have for us and this house didn't disappoint! It was great to come home from a hot park and jump into a private pool until late in the evening. The property management was so easy to work with. I called them the day after arrival and they immediately came out and fixed the 2 issues. We never had any issues after that. We had a wonderful stay in a nice neighborhood, close to everything needed! I highly recommend this house to anyone traveling to Orlando, it is certainly worth the price!! It is definitely in my notes for our next trip to FL! Thanks for making our stay memorable, easy and fun!!!

"We were traveling for the AAU Volleyball Nationals as well as some personal vacation time tied into the trip. We had family who flew in to join us and this house was PERFECT for us!! We had family and coaches who were all able to stay together. The location was great for visiting all the Disney locations as well as the volleyball facilities. The house was clean, spacious and had all of the accommodations that home has. The rental office responded immediately when we had an issue with batteries that needed replacing as well as a burner on the stove not working. They were fixed the same day we called and everything else was great! It was great to have a pool to cool off in when returning from the parks too. This house was absolutely perfect for us and has been added to our business and leisure list as the place to stay when visiting Orlando!! Thank you for a great time!

"My family and I had a great time. Would’ve like a Christmas tree in livin area for kids. Also it would’ve been nice to have a hot tube outdoors. Pool was too cold to swim. Everything thing else was excellent.

"When we first arrived we had a couple little problems but the mangement company were so quick and efficient to fixing these for us! They done everything we could possible ask for. The villa is lovely and great if you have a big group with kids as the pool and hot tub was amazing. The parks are close by and also can watch Disney fireworks from comfort of the hot tub! The villa is in the perfect location! Loved our stay here and gutted to be going home.

"Shantia Lyle Koger. I had an awesome family vacation! Very nice home with lots of space for my family. We really enjoyed spending our mornings and evenings in the pool. Everything was very close by, very convenient location. My only improvement to this home would be ceiling fans placed in rooms and outdoor lanai. Great overall experience!
