No more searching around for places to charge your devices. You will find charging hubs in virtually every room, sometimes more than one! Just bring your cables and leave those bulky plugs at home. Fresh filtered water from the refrigerator, all the starter amenities to get you on your way in the laundry room, the kitchen, and the bathrooms are provided. Grocery stores are so close it s easy to replenish whatever you need.
Speaking of great location, you will be just the second home (out of more than 700!) inside the resort community with driveway views of Emerald Island s famous dolphin fountain and a simple walk across the street to the resort clubhouse which features many of Emerald Island s amenities. You can wave to the friendly 24 hour security personnel from the driveway and find the entrance to the community nature trail directly around the corner. You won t need a car for any of the resort s amenities because you are in the best location in the resort! Right outside the resort you will find access to every restaurant and entertainment spot you can imagine. You are right in the heart of everything.
Your luxurious pool and spa is absolutely private with tall hedges on the sides and lush green manicured landscape adorned with stunning tropical plants and Emerald Island s magnificent private conservation directly behind the pool. A large covered lanai offers two outdoor dining sets and a comfortable lounge area with overhead fans for your comfort. Enjoy complete serenity as you listen to the soothing sound of dual waterfalls along the back of the pool or the roaring jets of the attached heated spa (pool and spa heat optional). You could spend your entire vacation out here if the rest of the home s executive features were not so inviting.
When the kids and kids-at-heart have had enough pool time, enjoy the fully insulated professional home theater and games room. A 100 inch projection screen with built in theater-quality surround sound and reclining leather theater seats bring the authentic theater experience into the home. Enjoy the Star Wars atmosphere of this premier entertainment room featuring custom and limited edition artwork. A functioning wet bar with granite bar top and leather bar seats await you when refreshment is the name of the game. Additional seating is offered at a neighboring bistro table with the same comfortable, height-adjustable bar seats. When the name of the game is game-time, take your shot on the sturdy arcade-quality air hockey table or the state of the art PlayStation 4 which also plays Blu-ray movies. Speaking of the PS4, you can leave your games at home because the system is loaded with over 100 games of all types, including many of the latest releases. The kitchen offers high-end modern stainless steel appliances. Some of these include large-capacity refrigerator/freezer with built-in filtered ice and water dispenser, ultra-quiet dishwasher with hidden controls, convection oven with 4 stovetop burners and a warming burner, and a built-in large-capacity microwave oven with sensor cooking. Also featured are high-end kitchen cabinets with stainless steel hardware, a spacious kitchen island and elegant granite countertops. The cabinets are loaded with plenty of dinnerware, flatware, and glassware for all ages and all the conveniences of a well-stocked kitchen.
Enjoy the view from the open floor plan family room and kitchen to the pool, and come and go freely to your private pool oasis from any of 3 sets of doors. Your family room features a 70 inch LED flat-screen television and comfortable seating. Relax in any of 3 communal living areas or a quaint seating area on the upstairs landing, all complete with luxury furnishings. It s easy to stay connected with an assortment of built-in charging ports for your devices and free WiFi internet. If you care to pack light, feel free to clean up with the brand new stainless steel top-loading LG washer and dryer installed in 2019.
Four of the six bedrooms offer Master Suites with private en suite bathrooms, and the main floor master bedroom offers a mounted 40 flat-screen LED television and French doors that lead to the covered lanai. All bedrooms are outfitted with flat-screen LED televisions with at least 32 screens and extended cable channels. "Booking was easy. Basically every experience we had was very pleasant. Everyone was helpful and attentive, no waiting on returned phone calls or any complaints. The property was clean and beautiful. Had no problems with hot tub or pool, very kid friendly. Will definitely be looking into renting again next year.

"Wow...everything about this house was perfect. The pictures really do not do it justice. More space than we could ask for...myself and my husband...2 granddaughters, 3 daughters and one spouse. Beds were beautiful...everyone had a gorgeous ensuite. The whole house is was surround sound audio speakers. Pool and hot tub. Everything games room. We had so much fun. Book it...you will not be disappointed !!!!!

"The pictures didn't do it justice. The pool and outside seating area were amazing. We ended up paying the little bit extra for the pool and hot tub to be heated and it was completely worth it. We were in it for hours at a time. The house was completely stocked, including the kitchen which isn't always the case. We would come back again in a heartbeat.

"Wonderful wonderful home in Florida. Could not find a speck of dirt or dust in this place. This place is extraordinarily clean and I absolutely loved it. The owners of this home spent a lot of money and went through a lot of great detail to make everything in the home accommodating and just beautiful. Beautiful gated community with lots of amenities. We used Uber the entire time and it was very very inexpensive to get to town and go out at night. Overall this this was a lovely home with so much to do inside the home very clean very accommodating bathrooms everywhere beds were extraordinarily comfortable this is the best place I've ever stayed I highly recommend it to anybody

"This house has many excellent qualities. Nice furnishings, great location, relaxing rear view, good privacy from neighbors, large selection of outdoor furniture and a very, very well-equipped kitchen. The upstairs bedroom layout gives some good separation between several rooms, and the main floor master is helpful for older guests. The games room is a valuable space if the weather is poor. We will be tempted to rent again!

"The house was perfect, and even better in person than in the pictures. It was spotless, the rooms were well-sized and well-furnished, and the amenities available in the development were great (pool, tiki bar, etc.). The location is great--close enough to the parks to make travel back and forth an ease, but far enough away to get a little peace and quiet. Kieran was also a great host. Check-in was a breeze and he responded quickly to any questions we had. Next time we plan a trip to Disney, this rental will be at the top of our list.
