"We had an absolutely amazing stay at this beautiful home. From the moment we arrived, it felt like a dream getaway, so much so that my daughter affectionately called it “the castle” the entire trip. The house was immaculately clean, welcoming, and incredibly comfortable, with every amenity you could need for a relaxing stay. As someone who works remotely, I really appreciated the dedicated workspace setup.The private theater loft was a huge hit, and the games room kept everyone entertained for hours. "I brought my kids here for the attractions, but most days it was hard to tear them away from the house. We loved the theater room. The pool was heated nicely so we were able to enjoy that. The home was very comfortable. I would definitely come back here as well as recommend this stay to others. The communication was amazing as well. And the digital board was super helpful. "My husband and I enjoyed staying in this lovely house it was clean it’s in a great location from shopping and theme parks ,the rental company was great and very helpful. The only thing is the movie room DVD player needs a remote and the cable and internet kept going in and out. But other than that we would definitely stay here again. "We had a great stay. Very relaxing and the boys loved the theater/gaming area. We were missing silverware and kitchen towels but that was quickly remedied. Carpet could use a good shampooing but was not a major impediment to our enjoyment of the rental. Would definitely return and recommend this location to others.

"Just returned from a family vacation and we loved this property! It was so clean inside and it came with pots pans and a washer and dryer which was super nice. The pool was cleaned while we were there and it was just the perfect size! I also loved that the pool had a fence area around it. If you plan on swimming during the day the sun heats the pool up nice during this time, but if you want to do a night dip with the kids definitely get it heated (it cost extra) but you do not want to swim at night without it heated. The home was so cute on the inside and my husband loved the beds because it is a bit firm and our bed at home is soft. There was a fan in the master closet that I recommend to use at night because it is a bit warmer and it will not go under 73. We are already looking to rent this home again for our next vacation. It is also really close to Disney Land and the grocery stores delivery the groceries to the house.

"No one wanted to leave. Very spacious and comfortable. It has a great pool area. Great for families, my wife and kids absolutely loved it! 20 min from Disney. Kitchen is very well stocked with just about everything you would need besides the food. Plenty of towels. Pool/spa heats up very nice (for a fee) Bring your own games for consoles because there are none supplied. Bring your own DVD's because the theatre surround only works with the DVD player, so it won't work if watching Netflix. The TV in the theatre is huge! The host provided great communication and customer service as well. Check in/out was flawlessly easy. We will be back! ***Rent A Villa Reply***

You are right that there are no games provided, but they can be brought along or easily rented through a nearby redbox machine. "House was lovely. As requested, no scented products were used for cleaning/laundry due to our allergies; thank you. Any concerns we called in were addressed in a timely and satisfactory manner. Please mention the alarm 's location in the letter with the codes as it went off just as we found the room it was in...VERY LOUD! Mattresses need to be replaced or have high quality, 2+ inch, toppers. There is a bbq available upon request that we paid for but never had opportunity to use. There is also a larger bbq, highchair and two strollers on the property. Pool was warm and enjoyed regularly by the children. Two members in our party developed blistering burns where their skin met the water and the edge of the pool, this occurred the evening of the day pool care was administered. A large section of screen was torn away from second story balcony, likely storm damage. All in all, we enjoyed our stay at this location. Thank you.

"A home away from home! This property was exactly as described online. Everything was clean and met my family expectations. The pool was just the right size for my family with a minor hole in the screened area. The beds were comfortable. Although, one of the twin beds were broken. The team replied to my emails concerning the damages and offered to come address the problem right away. Communication was great! We are a family that travel to Florida at least three times a year. We rent several vacation homes, but this is our favorite so far. Overall, when visiting Florida this will be our top pick. If you're looking for a little privacy away from all the action in Florida this is the place to stay. Only 30-35 minutes to all of Florida attractions. Anyone staying in this home will be satisfied...

"We evacuated here during Hurricane Irma. The center basically went over us, but the house never lost power which was awesome. The house is very nice in a nice neighborhood close to Disney. We especially liked the movie room. The rental company called to check on us after the hurricane passed, which was thoughtful.

". First 2 days of arrival was cold and didn’t know how to activate the heat as a technician had to come in. After activating it was easy to operate. Wanted to activate the heated pool was send documents to sign ..tried signing back many times but said error as I was in Disney and could not drop by the office. Bit of a hassle. Master bedroom mattress was not good ..needs a new mattress...other rooms where ok. Overall satisfied.
