As you enter the home you are welcomed through the foyer decorated with refined detail. The large open floorplan will bring the family together. Prepare a tasty new recipe in the fully equipped kitchen that offers both a Keurig and a standard coffee maker for those early mornings, an electric can opener, a blender, and even a crockpot to create delicious slow-cooked meals in. Enjoy family company while you prepare a meal with the kitchen bar s seating for four. Dine together at the formal dining table or relax on the comfortable seating and enjoy a cinematic viewing experience in the living area. The rental agreement will be sent once the booking is made and must be completed within 48 hours to avoid potential cancellation
Pool and spa heating is available at an additional cost, with varying rates by property.

Bookings made inside of 60 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.

"The home was amazing. The cleanliness was great. The neighborhood was perfect. You will be blown away by how beautiful the property is in person, and the price is fair. Will definitely be booking again.

Family Reunion

"The house and accomodations were great! It had everything we needed with the exception of a scissors and more than one dish towel and coffee filters. It was difficult keeping up with family meals with only one dish towel. This was not even a thought to bring. Also I called to see if we needed to bring beach towels and customer service said we need to bring. However, when we got there, they had plenty of towels for the pool. Could've saved us a lot of space in the car had we not had to bring 10 towels. It was disappointing when we went to the grill to fix a planned lunch and the gas tank was empty. This seems like a basic inspection item that would've been checked. It took over 24 hours for someone to come and we had to call twice. Luckily our grilled planned meal wasn't until the next night. Had to go to plan B for lunch for 10 people.A large umbrella on a base would've been nice because of the hot sun and little ones and sunburnt ones. There was no shade during the day. At the last minute we did think to bring our own shade which helped out a lot, but this would be helpful for the hot Florida sun.Just a few things to think about. Otherwise, we had a beautiful time in a gorgeous home.Thank you!
