Welcome to Reunion Fantasy, a 7 bedroom villa with 7.5 baths located in Reunion Resort on the 8th hole of the famed Nicklaus Golf Course. An unbeatable location only miles away from Walt Disney World Resort and other Orlando attractions.
Be welcomed into luxury from the moment you step inside the door. Every single detail in this home was created for your dream vacation! All of the amenities you need are located at this gorgeous new villa, complete with modern luxury furnishings, fun game room, custom themed kids bedrooms, secret play room, private West-facing pool with a large deck, and a summer kitchen.
Prepare to be captivated by the striking painted ceiling in the hallway, illuminated by LED lights, leading you into an expansive kitchen, dining, and living area. Enjoy your favorite sporting events or shows on the large 86-inch screen. In the evening, effortlessly lower the hidden, automatic 12-foot projection screen and gather the family for a movie night.
Amongst the extravagance of the sophisticated style of the villa, step into a new galaxy game room complete with two driving games, Terminator shooting game, multi-game arcade, Ironman pinball, B Ball Hoop Dreams basketball arcade, and air hockey table. If that s not enough, sit down and play PS4 or Xbox on the two 58-inch monitors. LED lights encircle the room and behind the two monitors.
Upstairs you will enter the Fox Hounds English Pub with a stunning copper ceiling, pool table, games table, Golden Tee video game, and 4 seat bar. This unique adult space also includes a large front balcony to enjoy.
This villa has 7 bedrooms in total, with 2 incredible custom-built children s bedrooms. Your little pirates will be shouting anchors away in this nautical bedroom, featuring a pirate ship with 2 full-sized beds. Sail right into the connected secret playroom that has a large flat-screen TV for kids to watch movies or play PS4 games on. The secret room features floating candles from the ceiling so kids will feel like they ve entered a world of magic. For those who want a more majestic slumber, on the opposite side of the playroom is the customized princess castle bedroom. Climb into the castle and cozy up in one of the two full-sized bunk beds. A jack and jill bathroom is shared between both bedrooms, with two vanities designed to fit each bedroom s theme.

Bookings made inside of 60 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.

"This home was well maintained, spacious, and beautiful. We rented it for our family for my dad's 85th birthday celebration. The rooms were decorated beautifully. Everything was clean. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials to accommodate a large family. We paid the extra to heat the pool and spa, and it was nice to be able to use both. I highly recommend this property and would stay again!

"Wow! Everything was perfect. The house is phenomenal. The Reunion Resort is gorgeous. The resort pool is awesome, we could have hung out just there and been perfectly content. There is a cool water slide for kids 42” and taller. There is the biggest lazy river I've ever been in that we spent hours floating in. The kids splash pad is really cool too also with two water slides!The pool at the house probably didn't need to be heated as it was 90 degrees every day but it was really nice to have.The house and bedrooms were really nice and spacious. The two thermoses kids bed rooms were a hit. We watched about 4 hours of hockey on the big projector TV every night. The outdoor grill and patio was awesome to have.We were 15 min drive from the two parks we went to which was just rightsThe check in process was so easy and MagicalVacations did a great job at responding to all of my inquiries (I was high maintenance too)We will be booking this house again for next years trip down to the parks. It was perfection and I'm hard to please!

"Overall, we had a great family vacation in the beautiful home we rented. The only thing that keeps me from giving it an excellent rating is: on our 2nd day in the home a man showed up while we were out(unannounced), and drained our pool. When we returned from Disney, the man was just finishing. He told us that the week prior, there had been a report of glass in the pool. We were never told that the man was coming, nor that we would be unable to use the pool for several days during our stay. I called and spoke to customer service, and they said they had no record a a report made about glass in the pool, or that service on the pool had been scheduled. I was told they would look into it, and that I would receive a phone call back. I never did. I called customer service again the next day, and was told that they had no record of my calling the day before. It was very frustrating at the time. It all worked out fine. We were able to use the pool for the last 2 days of our stay. And, again, everything else about the house was wonderful!! We would definitely rent from you again.
