The first floor features a fully-equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing delicious family meals. Sit down to eat at the kitchen nook with seating for 4, the breakfast bar with seating for 2 or the adjacent formal dining area with seating for 6. Relax together as a family in the comfortable living room and watch a favorite TV show or movie on the 70-inch LED HD TV. The cable has been upgraded for all rooms in the house watch HD programming and including the FOX Soccer Channel, Live Premiership Soccer and BBC America. There is also a luxurious formal living area featuring wood flooring, two leather couches, and a coffee table.
