This 3,300 sq. ft. villa will take your breath away with overlooking the 7th hole of the Jack Nicklaus Golf Course. The family will enjoy every minute of their vacation with a games room, private pool, spillover spa, and more. This is what you call the perfect family vacation.

Reunion Elegance is a 5 bed 5 bath villa with elegant furniture package, open floor plan with kitchen, living, and dining area. On the first floor, you will find the games room which features a multi-arcade system, game consoles and more. There is a master bedroom with a bed, and ensuite bathroom. The open floor plan lets you enjoy all the family all in one. Whether it s preparing a meal for all or just even hanging out in the living area, the family will have a blast. As you make your way to the patio area, the private pool area has views of the conservation. The outdoor table seats 6 with a summer kitchen. At the end of the day, the self-closing child safety fence puts your mind at ease for closing access to the pool for the little ones.

As you make your way up to the second floor, there is more fun. The loft area has a 60-inch LED TV, an Xbox 360, pool table and seating for all. The master suite features a king-sized bed, 50-inch TV, ensuite bathroom, and access to private patio balcony. Bedroom 3 features a king-sized bed, 40-inch TV, and ensuite bathroom. The kid s bedroom has two twin/twin bunk bed with a 32-inch TV and ensuite bathroom. The last bedroom has 2 queen-sized with an ensuite bathroom, 50-inch TV, and access to private balcony.

The rental agreement will be sent once the booking is made and must be completed within 48 hours to avoid potential cancellation
Pool and spa heating is available at an additional cost, with varying rates by property.

20% non-refundable deposit due at time of booking
Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival

Bookings made inside of 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.

"This home is exactly what I expected. Beautiful home with plenty of room for everyone. We had a group of 9 with children ranging in age from 4 to 16. There was something for everyone right at the house. Younger children enjoyed the game room while the teens spent a lot of time in the loft with the pool table. Adults all gravitated to the hot tub after the parks. Everyone enjoyed the private pool. Then we had the on site amenities from the resort. From waterparks to bike rentals, we stayed busy our entire trip. We would absolutely stay here again!

"the team members that I spoke with were very helpful. This was my first time to use a vacation rental and your team made it very easy. Every expectation was met and went above our needs. Our stay at this property was nothing short of fantastic. Everyone in our family truly enjoyed everything at the house. This is the way to bring a family together and enjoy the company of loved ones in a special way. I hope that this vacation has left fond memories for all the kids and grandkids for many years. We hope to do it again someday. The house had everything we needed and more. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the cooking cook ware and dishes that we need for 4 families. The kids really enjoyed the game room and the pool. We utilized the outdoor kitchen and had a great meal of hamburgers and hotdogs. TVs in every bedroom and the laundry room also helped keep the kids clothes reusable. I would highly recommend this house to any family that is looking for a great place to stay and have family fun.
