Step out to your screened-in patio where you can relax on a sun lounger or dine al fresco on the outdoor dining table. Enjoy your pool whenever you would like. With a great location overlooking a large grassy area, Windsor Magic is located in a prime location.
Able to accommodate up to 8 guests, Windsor Magic features three bedrooms perfect for getting a good night of sleep while on vacation. Located on the second floor, the master suite features a king bed, 50-inch TV and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom is located on the first floor with a queen bed. Kids will love their own galactic space bedroom with a twin/Full and twin/twin bunk bed, ensuite bathroom and TV with an Xbox One.

Early or late check-in/out: 1/2 nightly rate
The rental agreement will be sent once the booking is made and must be completed within 48 hours to avoid potential cancellation
Pool and spa heating is available at an additional cost, with rates varying by property. No smoking / No pets
By state law occupancy of property must not be exceeded
20% non-refundable deposit due at time of booking
Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
13.5% sales and tourist tax (not included in nightly rate)
One-time cleaning fee required upon all stays
Daily housekeeping services are available upon request
Bookings made inside of 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.

"Great property. Clean. We stayed with our kids 8,10. They loved taking a dip in the pool in the evenings. Pictures of the property are accurate. Beds were comfortable. I was happy with the tv channel selections in our down time. Plenty of towels provided for the week, including some towels by the door for the pool which I thought was a nice touch. The only issue we had was when we got there I noticed a lot of bugs and debris in the pool. I contacted the property manager and they send someone out right away to take care of it. There was actually a section of screen missing from above the pool which explained the bugs, someone was there to replace the screen the same day. We would definitely stay here again.

"Our townhouse was like a home away from home! We loved the convenience, cleanliness, location and affordability and will definitely be coming back! All the staff was super friendly! The community pool was great and gave it a real tropical resort feel to our stay. Can't wait till next year to return! Thanks so much for a great stay! Our townhouse that we rented was beyond our expectations. When we arrived, it was clean, location was close to all the Disney parks. The community pool was great and all the staff we encountered were very friendly! Loved the townhouse! We had two small issues throughout the week, our bed in the guest room on the main floor was old and not incredibly comfortable. The last few nights we had a squirrel living in the soffit outside the guest bedroom wake us up way too early in the morning! Both these issues could be overlooked so overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Our personal pool was a big highlight for the kids, they played in it none stop!

"We really enjoyed Windsor Hills and would definitely go back.The townhome was in close proximity to the club house. It was spacious and accommodated the family quite nicely. The splash pool in the backyard was also a nice feature. The location of the resort to HWY 192 was also amazing. Very close to everything! You are quite easy to deal with. Website is awesome, booking is very easy and the e-mails leading up to the trip with all the instructions are quite detailed.

"This was the first time we have been to Florida, and we will definitely be back. We were made to feel so welcome in your beautiful home - it was spotlessly clean and with everything we could possibly need. The location is ideal for everything - close enough to visit the coast for the day and minutes from the theme parks. "Just returned home from a wonderful holiday. Enjoyed the home and all the Resort facilities. Loved the south facing pool which was enclosed, great for relaxing at the end of the day. Our kids also visited the Resort pool almost every day as they loved the slide and pool facilities. My husband made good use of the free wireless internet - he can't survive without his computer !!!!! "Just wanted to say thanks for everything. We loved the townhome. Having stayed in 3 other Windsor Hills townhomes before this one blew the rest away! Having a south facing position made all the difference were we enjoyed the sun all day long. Also this home furniture and decorations made it more like home than a vacation rental. We were talking about the town home on the way home and all agreed we want to book this one year after year! Thanks for everything!

"This villa was amazing! It had everything me and my (extended) family wanted, especially after long hours at Disney World and Epcot. My kids loved the pool and my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the spa. I soaked for hours and let him make the evening meal! (I can't believe it either!) Even his parents had a good time w/ no complaints (and believe me, that's unusual). The bedrooms were spacious, clean and well-appointed, as was the kitchen and living area. My family and I have already made plans to stay here again for our next trip. Disney -- here we come!!
