The rental agreement will be sent once the booking is made and must be completed within 48 hours to avoid potential cancellation
Pool and spa heating is available at an additional cost, with varying rates by property.

20% non-refundable deposit due at time of booking

The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.

"This home was perfect for our family because it was large enough for all of us to be comfortable. There were activities in the home to entertain all of us from the youngest to the oldest including the game rooms, themed bedrooms, large back yard with pool and hot tub, plenty of lounges and a large covered cabana. In addition, we had full access to the water park with pools, splash pads, lazy river food truck and bar. Everyone from the youngest to the oldest had a wonderful time and they have already suggested that we return for our family reunion next year.

"Exactly as pictured. Plenty of rooms/beds for lots of family to stay, plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The Hogwarts dorm and bathroom were a lot of fun for the kids, the bottom floor suites were perfect for grandparents. The pool heating was excellent even with the temp in the 50's outside. The arcade room and theater were used a lot, and the kids loved the secret door! Plenty of linens and kitchenware provided. This was a great place for a family getaway that kept everyone entertained. Would absolutely rent this place again.

"Our extended family (a group of 12 ranging in age from 13 to 77) just spent February 2-9, 2024 at The Labyrinth (Magical Vacation Homes #1051) at the Reunion Resort in Orlando, Florida. Wow… what an amazing house!! Fun surprises awaited us on every level as we eagerly ran up and down the stairs finding all of the uniquely decorated rooms. So bright and airy with tons of space to spread out, with multiple kitchens and common rooms, plus so many bedrooms and bathrooms. We could all come together in the main kitchen and living room, sitting around the dining table and island with a view of the golf course, and then we could break off into smaller groups. Three of our teen girls slept in the Hogwarts bunk room… they loved nesting in the themed bunks, and the enormous Hogwarts bathroom was perfect for them getting ready before hitting the theme parks. The 2 boys got their own private space on the 3rd floor “Penthouse.” One of my sisters says she got the best sleep ever in the Spiderman-themed bedroom (where she fell asleep watching the movie). All of the other adults enjoyed having spacious bedrooms, comfortable beds and separate en suite bathrooms. We enjoyed watching movies, TV shows and sports in the theatre, and playing pool and video games in the 2 game rooms. While we were unable to take advantage of the resort-style backyard as much as we would have liked due to being so busy during the days, we loved using the heated spa and pool most nights… this felt so luxurious after our long days out. If we are lucky enough to return, we would look forward to spending more time in the backyard, grilling and playing ping pong and all of the other games and activities. The entire house was immaculate, clean and tidy, and the owner is a delight… so helpful and communicative.

"The layout was wonderful. The kids loved the arcade, the golf hack(me) love the putting area and the view of the par 3, the teens loved the hot tub, the young boys loved the Harry Potter and Spider-Man themed bedrooms. Very comfortable and very close to DIsney.

"OMG, OMG, OMG…if a Magical VACATION EXPERIENCE is what you want, look no further than “THE LABYRINTH”(RVH_1051M) at Reunion Resort! Our family had just recently stayed and the property was immaculate, far exceeding expectations! I don't even know where to start! The kitchens, living spaces, bedrooms, bathrooms, bonus room(with xbox/pool table), etc. were modern, spacious, and extremely clean and comfortable. Our kids were blown away by the “themed” bedrooms/bathrooms and couldn't get enough of the awesome game room! But when they did leave, we found them lounging in the tiered theater room watching a movie! I will say the outside oasis was also a family favorite! From floating in the pool, to playing ping pong and cornhole, to relaxing in the oversized cabanas. Our entire stay was absolutely amazing…we're already talking about when we're going back!!!

Amazing Home

"We had an amazing vacation at the Labyrinth in Reunion Resort from July 29 - Aug 7th. Our rental was very clean and relaxing. Great view of one of the golf courses. There was plenty of room for the multiple families we went with. We spent a lot of time out in the pool and hot tub and also enjoyed playing games such as ping pong and corn hole outside that were just added by the owner. The kids had a blast in the game room. They l also enjoyed spending time in the movie theatre. We were also able to get into the water park with our rental. Nothing better than enjoying an adult beverage while floating around the lazy river. We plan on returning to the Labyrinth again to play some golf on the amazing courses they have at the resort.

"The Labyrinth was such a fun house and the kids were just endlessly running around and having fun! We were within 20 minutes of Disney and really enjoyed coming back to the house at the end of the day. It will be 100% on our annual family vacation agenda!
