Early or late check-in/out: 1/2 nightly rate
The rental agreement will be sent once the booking is made and must be completed within 48 hours to avoid potential cancellation
Pool and spa heating is available at an additional cost, with varying rates by property.
No smoking / No pets
By state law occupancy of property must not be exceeded
20% non-refundable deposit due at time of booking
Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
13.5% sales and tourist tax (not included in nightly rate)
One-time cleaning fee required upon all stays
Daily housekeeping services are available upon request
Bookings made inside of 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.

"3 days, 3 nights. Wished we could have stayed longer! Great location and beautiful neighborhood. The house has so much room and so many places to gather with family and friends. Overlooking #14 tee box on Nicklaus course in Reunion.

"Beautiful house and gorgeous scenery. Clean and exactly as pictured. Game room was a hit. Rooms were comfortable and set up perfectly for our family. Waterpark was amazing! We felt safe and at home.

Exceeds Expectations!

"The moment we walked through the door we knew we were in for a treat…all of the rooms in the house were beautifully appointed - spacious, clean, warm, and inviting. You can tell the owners thought about what they would want if they were renting. This home was great because it easily caters to adults, teens, and young children - check out the pics of the themed rooms! We particularly LOVED the Marvel home theater/game room, the primary bedrooms were stunning, and most of all the huge dining room table set the tone for fun, relaxing, and memorable meals together. Also, the furniture throughout the house was comfy and in great shape. The outdoor T.V., pool, hot tub, and gas grill gave us even more opportunities to enjoy our luxurious stay. ENJOY – we sure did!
