"The house was perfect for my family! It was clean and when I had any questions they answered right away. Location was close to Disney and very close to Walmart for all your groceries and household needs! And there were lots of restaurant options. Universal is a little drive but it’s not bad and traffic is everywhere so I still couldn’t complain. I will def book again my family had a great vacation and really enjoyed the pool.

"Thanks for an amazing stay at your home during the Thanksgiving holiday. We had a great time and the location was also great for us. It was a great layout for my parents because it’s easier for them not to climb stairs. Therefore, they had a bedroom and so much is on the bottom level of the house. It was clean and check-in was easy. We were very happy and thanks again.

"The house was exactly as we expected from the photos. It was a great house. We didn't get to use the pool due to weather, but it was beautiful and clean. Games in the garage rec room were fun. Had some internet issues, but a reboot of the router seemed to handle it.

"My family rented this house for 4 weeks in January/February to escape winter in Maryland. Since we are working virtually and my sons are going to school virtually, it was a great opportunity to live somewhere warm in the winter that we may never have again until they're out of school. We chose this house for the layout, location, neighborhood, pool and game room and it was perfect for every one of those things. It is important to us during Covid to be somewhere that we can keep to ourselves and this house was great for that. Our family settled right in and it felt like our home for a month. It is decorated nicely and the kitchen is well-stocked. There was enough space for everyone to spread out and work or go to school in their own space and we were pleasantly surprised that the Wi-Fi was up to the challenge and didn't let us down once. Having active sons (10 and 13 years-old) meant that the pool was a priority and we paid for the extra heating and it was worth every cent. The pool is a nice big size and secluded from the road and my sons were in that pool playing every time they weren't in school. Having the screened-in deck is amazing and we spent as much time as we could in the pool or sitting at the table outside, soaking up the sun. The neighborhood is quiet with lots of sidewalks for easy walking and bike riding. They're building a townhouse development behind the house so there are a lot of construction trucks rolling in and out of there during the day, but the townhouses are almost completed so it won't be an issue for much longer. While we were there, we went to amusement parks, beaches, parks, bike trails and shopping and it was in a good location to do all of those things. The house is about 30 minutes from Universal and Sea World, 20 minutes from Disney, 60 minutes from Tampa and about 2 hours or less to either the Atlantic or Gulf Coast beaches. We found some great bike trails within 20 minutes of there. We normally rent a house in a different part of Orlando/Kissimmee every 2 years and the traffic is pretty bad everywhere in the metro area (the traffic lights can be really frustrating), but this house's location is no better or worse traffic-wise than anywhere else we've ever stayed.

"I was very pleased with this property and so was my family. Everything was beautiful inside and out. The children enjoyed the pool and I enjoyed the air conditioning. We did have a problem when the AC unit went out but the maintenance crew came out at 2 am and resolved the problem temporary until the parts could be purchased the next day. Great place to stay!!

"This was the first family vacation we had taken in 20 years if marriage. I was a little skeptical, but I was very pleased with the house and the customer service was wonderful! The kids were so excited and we enjoyed being able to have comfortable place to rest after a long day at the parks and the pool was great too!
