"Just back from a 2 week holiday. We stayed at this villa a couple of years ago and had a great experience then, that being the reason we chose it again. The villa has everything you need - guests would benefit from just a few more kitchen items though, such as a couple of small saucepans for less occupant's (there was only 2 of us), baking trays and maybe an electric can opener (both times we’ve been we’ve had to buy a decent manual one). The villa is ideally situated and has a gorgeous outlook over a large pond/lake - lots of wildlife to watch whilst you’re relaxing, we even saw an alligator swimming by (and basking on the edge) on a few occasions! We also had fun evenings playing pool in the garage. There were a couple of pool screen & maintenance issues whilst we were there this time, but the management company were on to them straight away. Couldn’t have been more helpful and we couldn’t have asked for better service. Highly recommend this villa, would love to return at some point.

"This villa was very nice except for the main bed and I found it quite uncomfortable. The rest of the villa was really nice and we spent a few days around the pool looking at the various birds 🐦 and the other animals that we're coming around also we saw the alligator quite a few days sunbathing on the side of the lake. On the whole the villa was very nice and we had a nice time there

"We are regular visitors. Okay, this is not a new, modern house. But it is well kept and clean. Everything works, the beds and the linen are in perfect condition. It has got a south facing pool in a nice and quiet neighborhood. The owner is very nice to work with and the management company does a good job. We have been there for four weeks this time and reported two minor issues on arrival which were resolved within a day that same weekend. So we had a wonderful time and we hope to be back next year!

"Perfect location for everything in Orlando. Close to Disney and Universal - about a 30 minute drive to both. Villa was very clean and the pool was an added bonus. Might be a good idea to provide a clothes drier considering the rain that occurs!

"We throughly enjoyed our stay at the villa. It was spotlessly clean and organised on arrival with plenty of everything we needed, towels, cutlery etc. We have visited Orlando before, albeit the last time was 9 years ago, and our holidays there are very busy so we dont spend an awful lot of time in the villa. But comparing the cost to keep 2 adults and 3 kids (2 being teens) in a hotel room compared to a villa then its a no brainer for us. We had breakfast in a lot but otherwise we ate out with plenty of choice nearby. We loved looking out on to the lake and spotted small aligators a number of times. The villa owner was very helpful and management sorted a pool issue out after we flagged it. No complaints here at all and would highly recommend this lovely villa in a quiet area. We hope it doesn't take us another 9 years to save up to return! Thanks for a wonderful stay. One thing maybe to note for other users. The pool door alarm- which is a requiremnt in the rental villas- is annoying especially when kids are asleep in bed. An outside button would be perfect but we managed to solve this issue. You just have to give it a little thought ;)

"We hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad in de villa aan Eagle pointe. Het huis is comfortabel, ruim, luxueus en heel belangrijk: super schoon. Het zwembad met het fijne tuinmeubilair was genieten. De villa ligt in een rustige buurt en toch ook centraal om naar Orlando en omgeving te gaan. De winkels en restaurants op 10 minuten met de auto. Wij hebben ontzettend genoten in deze mooie villa en kunnen het aanbevelen. Ook het contact met de eigenaar verliep snel en efficiënt. Kortom : Super!
We had a fantastic stay at the villa at Eagle pointe. The house is comfortable, spacious, luxurious and very important: super clean. The swimming pool with its fine garden furniture was enjoyable. The villa is located in a quiet neighborhood and yet also central to Orlando and the surrounding area. The shops and restaurants are 10 minutes by car. We really enjoyed this beautiful villa and can recommend it. Contact with the owner was also fast and efficient. In short: Super!

"Everything about the stay at this wonderful house went smooth. I have been renting in Fla. for 20 years every March. Depending on my family commitment is how I rent. This year I downsized to a 3 bedroom and it was perfect. Clean, comfortable and cozy. The pool was perfect, as I requested it heated. I used the washer and dryer and my family used the pool table. Plenty of towels and very clean. Thank you Stephen

"Beautiful villa in a stunning location within easy reach of parks, shopping and restaurants. Pool was fab and we even managed to spot some turtles and a gator swimming the lake. A Christmas tree was all set up for us which was a lovely touch. Would not hesitate to book here again. Thank you for a brilliant stay.

"The villa is in a quiet location and has fabulous outlook over the pond. Loads of wildlife around to watch and sun all day long on the pool area. All areas were clean and comfortable and there was everything we needed. Communication with Steve was excellent and we would definitely recommend staying at this property. Thanks to Steve and his management company for ensuring we had a fabulous holiday.

"Lovely villa is an easy location to find just off the 192 and near Disney, shops and restaurants. The villa was immaculate and had all that you would need for a comfortable stay, it’s just a shame we didn’t get to stay longer and I would definitely stay here again on my return to Orlando. The pool was lovely and warm it has a lovely clean clear pool deck and had a lovely view of a lake with lots of wildlife. The management company and owner provided excellent support when I thought there was an issue with the security door, the management company had arranged to come out to the villa but Stephen was great via email and explain what the issue was and once explained it to me it was all was sorted, this support give me that extra piece of mind when renting in Florida. I can only recommend this villa it was like home from home, thanks again for an amazing stay.

"We stayed for just over two weeks after having to rearrange twice due to Covid, we are very thankful to Steve for being so flexible and understanding. We loved the villa, it has all the facilities as advertised and the furnishings have been updated compared to the images on the website which was a bonus. It is a brilliant area to stay to go to all the parks, took us on average 20 mins to get to Disney and 30 mins to Universal. 5-10 mins to Walmart and the restaurants on the 192. We loved the view looking out on the lake and watching the wildlife, lots of different birds, turtles, fishes, and even a baby alligator. The area is peaceful and feels safe, a mixture of residential and other holiday homes, it was a relief to have an escape from the busy theme park areas at the end of each day. The beds are comfortable and the Harry Potter-themed twin room would be loved by kids (and big kids). The kitchen has all the appliances you need and is well stocked with utensils. The pool table in the garage was an added bonus! The villa as a whole was bigger than we expected from the photos too. We didn't want to leave and we will definitely be rebooking this villa when we plan to go back in a couple of years' time.

"We have stayed for six weeks in this wonderfull villa. The neighborhood is quiet and well maintained. The house is in perfect condition: really good beds, kitchen and bathrooms were perfectly cleaned, pooldeck is south facing and the view over the pond is great and offers lots of privacy. Steve is very nice to work with because he responded immediately to our requests. His management company does a good job too. Shops and restaurants are close by, e.g. on highway 192 but you will definitely need a car. Traffic to Disney Springs or parks can be heavy but when you are lucky, you can make it within 30 minutes to get there. It takes 45 minutes to get to/from the Orlando Airport but beware of heavy traffic on this route too. We have already made arrangements to come back in 2023.
