Yet again, we have a stunning new vacation rental villa to add to our inventory of homes. 1792CD is a 9 bedroom luxury villa that really (yes really!) has it all.

This beautiful new rental villa is located in Solara Resort; renowned for it’s super on-site amenities. Gated with 24/7 security, Solara is a new gem of a resort close to everything that Orlando is famous for. Walt Disney World® is only 15 minutes away, Universal Orlando® is 25 minutes and the tasty array of restaurants on Restaurant Row are only 30 minutes away.

Truly Stunning Interior

The moment you step into this villa you will immediately see why this is a luxury vacation rental. Stylishly decorated and with clean, comfortable furniture, your holiday enjoyment begins. The living area downstairs is spacious and open plan. There is a fully equipped kitchen with brushed stainless appliances, just waiting for you to whip up a delicious meal for your family. A pool table is provided for competitive indoor fun and there is a bar seating area for spectators.

If, for example, you are travelling with the elderly or disabled, there is a master bedroom downstairs which has master bedroom suite with two double beds. The garage has been converted to an incredible dinosaur themed games room. Young and old alike will enjoy playing modern and retro games. There is even a gaming console.

Upstairs there is an Oscar themed movie room with theatre style seating, complete with cup holders. There are four further master suites upstairs, although some are children’s’ rooms, plus one shares a ‘Jack n Jill’ style bathroom with another room. Three themed children’s bedrooms will be sure to delight and elicit sweet dreams all round. A Toy Story room with bunk beds, a Star Wars room with amazing bunk beds that would look right at home in Naboo and a ballerina room. Just perfect for little princesses.

The fully screened pool is not overlooked from the rear and has an ample sun deck with plenty of loungers. Ideal for topping up the tan or getting your daily dose of Vitamin D from the glorious Florida sunshine. A shaded lanai, which runs the full length of the villa, gives respite from the sun and a place to enjoy a cool drink.

On-site Amenities

Solara Resort has a large community pool with water jets, surrounded by sun loungers and cabanas. There is also a zero-entry kids splash zone, also surrounded by cabanas. Solara is proud to be one of the only resorts with a Flowrider® surf simulator on-site. Lessons can be pre-booked online. A giant children’s play area and outdoor gaming area will keep all ages of children amused for hours. Plus, there is a practice pitch, a beach volleyball court and a basketball court.

Inside the clubhouse there is a teen gaming room with various gaming consoles and a multi-game simulator. Also provided is a state of the art fitness room and a dance/yoga studio. The restaurant serves meals throughout the day and there is a full service bar. Poolside there is a snack and drinks bar, as well as a tranquil fire pit seating area. The coffee bar serves pastries, ice cream and, of course, coffee and hot beverages.
