There is a sumptuous master suite located on the ground floor. This has a king bed, full en-suite bathroom and direct pool access. A further ground floor bedroom, with shower room, is capable of sleeping up to 4 in two queen beds.
Relax in the comfy lounge area featuring a 65″ wall mounted TV and comfortable, soft, sofa seating. The dining table is capable of seating 14 plus there is a fully equipped, galley style kitchen and casual bar seating for 4.
Want to exercise during your vacation? Not a problem with the in-house gym equipment, housed in what used to be the garage. This includes a full Rogue free weight set, Peloton bike, Peloton treadmill, resistance cable weight machine and Rogue Crossfit equipment. There is also a full-size Raw Thrills Terminator Salvation Arcade game.
Moving upstairs you’ll find an over-sized loft area. One side has a plush corner sectional sofa with chaise and wall mounted 65″ TV. The other side has a games room with pool table, foosball table, 3 retro video game consoles and a selection of family board games. There’s something for everyone in this amazing home.
Each of the double bedrooms has been thoughtfully designed for style and comfort and there are 3 kids’ rooms with bunkbeds, each with their own themed decor. Let the kids choose between Finding Nemo®, Frozen® or Pirates of the Caribbean® so their dreams can be full of the wonder of Walt Disney World®.
A separate utility room with washer and dryer will help with your family laundry needs whilst on holiday.

The home is situated on a corner lot and there are two off-street parking spaces. A fully screened in, sparkling clear, pool and spa will enable you to float away the stresses of vacation travel. Enjoy the Florida sunshine on your fully screened in patio deck. Read a book on one of the sun loungers in the shade of the lanai or enjoy a meal outdoors. A baby safety fence is provided to keep everyone safe.
