Solstice Bar and Grille is a new full service, casual American Restaurant located in Solara Resort. Open daily for lunch and dinner, the dining room’s ultra modern feel allows guest a chance to enjoy their meals with a view. Guest can also have their meal outside on the open-air- terrace bar or enjoy a nice selection of cocktails poolside.
Orlando Rent A Villa had the opportunity to sit down, and grab lunch at Solstice, and it was FANTASTIC!! A shared favorite was the veggie pizza, which was suggest by Clubhouse Manager Lynn Wracan. “The cauliflower based crust was firm and crispy and the veggies were cooked perfectly, not too crunchy and not too soft” said Rebecca Shiver, Business Development Manager at Orlando Rent A Villa. Honorable mentions go to the Dubliner Rolls and the Kickin’ Chicken Nachos. Both starters were mouth-watering good, and highly recommended.
