All villas in Regal Palms (at present) are town homes and range from 3-5 bedrooms. The resort is gated with 24 hour security and the homes are centered around the communal facilities. The majority of villas are within walking distance of the pool, and none are further than a mile from the clubhouse, but a car may be preferred for those slightly further out.

Frankie Farrells
Regal Palms has a manned concierge desk and the staff are happy to provide information and assistance. All guests must wear a wrist band in order to use the on-site facilities. The resort fees are charged daily per unit. Frankie Farrell’s Irish style pub and restaurant are proud to offer a selection of 32 on-tap beers including Guinness, Boddingtons and Bass as well as domestic favorites. The restaurant serves a variety of pub style food, American comfort food and snacks. Outside there are plenty of loungers surrounding the pool for relaxing in the glorious Florida sunshine. Take a dip in the separate adult pool, while the kids let off steam in the children’s pool, or ease away aches in the heated spa. The whole family can enjoy the water slide or take a leisurely float round the lazy river.
