Highlands Reserve is an established golf community in Davenport, Florida, built around the 18-hole Highlands Reserve Golf Club. Tree-lined streets, mature landscaping and views across the fairways give the neighborhood plenty of character, while its location off US Highway 27 keeps guests well positioned for days at Walt Disney World® and the Orlando attractions. Golf is naturally a big part of life at Highlands Reserve. The championship course is open to the public and includes a driving range, putting green and pro shop, allowing golfers to book a round without needing to be a member. Homes overlooking the course are also available, giving guests the chance to enjoy the golf setting even when they aren’t playing. There are activities for non-golfers too. Highlands Reserve has a community swimming pool, tennis courts and children’s playground, providing simple ways to spend some time outdoors without leaving the neighborhood. Many of the vacation homes also have their own screened in private swimming pools, with features varying from property to property.
