We are pleased to announce a new vacation home for our inventory, 1025SEL located in Eagle Point, Kissimmee. This pretty and recently renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home has a pool, games room and overlooks a small canal at the rear.
This vacation home is laid out over one level, so no stairs to climb. The spacious master bedroom has a king bed, flatscreen TV and en-suite bathroom. There is a further double room with flatscreen TV and a twin bedded room with a famous wizarding theme. This too has a flatscreen TV. A family bathroom serves the rest of the home. The living area of the villa is open plan and features a comfortable family seating area with flatscreen TV. Dining at home is easy and everything is provided so you can cater for your family in the fully equipped kitchen. There is plenty of space for everyone to sit to eat at either the dining table or the breakfast table, situated within the kitchen. A utility room with washer and dryer is provided for your convenience. The garage has been converted to a games room with a pool table.
The sparkling pool is fully screened to keep the bugs out plus there is a good sized deck with sun loungers. Lie back and soak up the glorious Florida sunshine. A patio table and chairs provides the perfect spot for al fresco dining. Whilst there is no garage to use, there is parking space for two cars on the drive.
Walt Disney World® is only 15 minutes away and you will find plenty of restaurants, bars and shops nearby on the US-192.
