This pretty 4 bedroom rental villa is located within the West Haven community in Davenport, Florida and is brand new to our inventory. The entire home was re-decorated in 2021 giving a it fresh, airy, new look.

West Haven is conveniently located close to all access roads making it easy to travel to Walt Disney World® and Orlando’s other world famous attractions. Moreover, there are plenty of restaurants, stores, take-aways, golf courses and other amenities very close by.

The Villa

The downstairs living area of the villa is laid out in an open plan fashion and all of the bedrooms are upstairs. There are two master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and two children’s bedrooms. One with a twin over full bunk, the other with twin beds. In addition, all bedrooms have wall mounted flatscreen TVs.

From the front door, to the patio doors at the rear, the villa flows seamlessly. Upon entry you have a stylish lounge with 60″ wall mounted flatscreen TV and sumptuous white sofa seating. There is a half bathroom for convenience and a utility room for mid-stay laundry.

The kitchen is fully equipped to enable you to cater for your family at home and there is bar seating for four people. In addition, there is a dining table capable of seating at least six people.

The pool area is fully screened in order to keep out unwanted pests and there is a small fenced yard around. A covered lanai area with a patio table and casual seating provides a shady oasis for outdoors dining or a quiet read.

Sun loungers are provided so you can work on that gorgeous tan in the glorious Florida sunshine. Alternatively, once you get too hot, take a dip in the sparkling clear waters of your own private pool or soak away any aches and stress in the hot tub.
