We are pleased to announce the addition of this new rental villa with private pool. This ‘Ranch Style’ vacation home is laid out all on one level, so it is ideal for guests travelling with older relatives or young children. This is a really cute villa that has been decorated with the theme parks in mind. Children will love finding their favourite characters in various places around the house.
The villa is located in the Hampton Lakes development, which is just off the US-27. There are shops, bars and restaurants all within a 5 minute drive of the community and there is a community pool, tennis courts, beach volleyball court, basketball and at least two children’s play areas.

Inside the Villa
There are four bedrooms, of which one is a master with a king bed, an en-suite bathroom and patio doors to the pool area, two further double bedrooms, one with a king bed, the other with a standard double and lastly, one themed children’s room with twin beds. All bedrooms have flat-screen TVs and there is a further family bathroom.
The living area is open plan and receives a lot of light. There are two separate seating areas. The first has two sofas and is right next to the formal dining table. The second has a comfortable, corner sectional with wall mounted flat-screen TV and patio doors to the pool area. The kitchen has granite counters, brushed stainless appliances and a bar seating area for three people. Perfect for feeding the kids and keeping an eye on them! There is a utility room with washer and dryer.
Step Outside
The pool area is fully screened to keep debris out of the pool and, above all, to keep the bugs out. In addition, there is a large gazebo with a patio table and chairs. Just perfect for dining outside! Enjoy the sun loungers for relaxing in the glorious Florida sunshine and there is extra seating, should you need it. The pool is fully private from the rear and has opaque panels at the bottom of the screen for extra privacy. Lastly, a baby safety fence is provided and should remain in place if you have small children.
