Overview

This 2 story resort home located in BellaVida resort has an open floor plan with 3 bedrooms downstairs and 6 bedrooms upstairs with a movie theater loft and games room.  As you enter this brand new upscale home, you will amazed at the stunning views.  The downstairs common areas are situated to overlook the pool deck for ample amounts of natural lighting.  There is a great room that contains the living and dining rooms.  The living room has sectional seating with a wall mounted 65 inch smart tv.  The modern but rustic look dining table seats 8. Just off the great room is the over-sized kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances with a large island for breakfast bar seating for 4.  The breakfast nook has table seating for 6.

Bedrooms and Baths

The bedrooms are split level with 3 downstairs and 6 upstairs.  The master suite is just off the entry, has a rustic feature wall with a king bed and 50 inch Smart TV. The master bath offers a stand up shower with a dual sink vanity. Bedroom 3, located off the dining area features a queen size bed with a 40 inch Smart TV.  The en suite bath has a shower/tub combo and a single sink vanity.  Bedroom 4 is just off the living room and has a queen size bed with a 40 inch Smart TV.  This bedroom has the shared bath just outside the door.  This bathroom has a stand up shower and single sink vanity.  This bathroom is accessible from the living room and pool deck as well.  The 2nd master suite is located upstairs and is a peaceful retreat with a king bed and 50 inch SmartTV.  This bathroom has a garden tub, stand up shower and dual sink vanity.  Bedrooms 5 and 6 have a queen bed and 40 inch Smart TV in each room.  These bedrooms share a bathroom just a few steps away.  This bath has a shower/tub combo with a single sink vanity. Bedroom 7 is themed with everyone’s favorite wizard with 2 twin beds and a 40 inch Smart TV.  This room has an en suite bath that has a shower/tub combo and single sink vanity. Bedrooms 8 and 9 are also themed rooms each with 2 twin beds.  One is a princess theme and the other is space themed.  These rooms share a “Jack and Jill” style bathroom with a shower/tub combo and single sink vanity.

Extra Fun

The loft area is converted to a theater room featuring 4 theater chairs and 3 bean bag chairs.  Kick back and enjoy some of your favorite movies and shows as a family on the huge 65 inch Smart TV.  Framed movie posters complete the theater feel.  The garage has been converted into an extra space for fun.  Step into vintage Florida as you shoot some pool or test your air hockey skills for some extra family fun.

We saved the best for last.  The pool area is south facing for maximum Florida sunshine and overlooks a wooded area for extra privacy.  The pool ranges from 3-5 feet deep and has a capacity of 18 persons. There is table seating for 8 and 4 sun loungers for your convenience.
