Where?
The Sunridge Woods community is located in Davenport, Florida and is perfectly located for easy access to Walt Disney World®. Conveniently close to Interstate 4, as well as Highway 192, so you are only a short drive to anywhere you wish to go in the Orlando area. The Sunridge Woods community is, as it’s name suggests, a beautiful development full of mature trees, pretty ponds and grassy sidewalks.

What’s Inside?
Sunridge Place is a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom vacation rental with a fully screened in pool, which overlooks a small lake. The villa is laid out entirely on one level, so is suitable for the elderly or families with young children using a stroller.
Upon entering the villa, the first thing you will see are 3 retro arcade games. Super fun for all ages. Plus, there is a comfy leather sofa so those waiting their turn can wait in comfort. The main living area is open plan, spacious and bright. The fully equipped kitchen has a gorgeous view of the lake, through the patio doors and features brushed stainless appliances.
Watch a movie, or your favourite show, in the comfort of one of the recliner chairs or the plush sofa. Meals can be taken indoors at the family table, or outside at the patio table, so you can enjoy the warm Florida evenings.
The master bedroom features a king bed and en-suite bathroom. Additionally, there is a further queen bedroom and two twin bedded rooms, which are served by a family bathroom.
What’s Outside?
The sparkling clear pool is fully screened to keep out the bugs and is surrounded by a generous pool deck. Relax on a sun lounger and let the warm sun melt away your worries. Under the shady lanai there is a BBQ so you can cook outside and watch the sun set over the lake. You will see plenty of wildlife including all sorts of birds, turtles, the odd alligator and perhaps an elusive otter.
