It’s coming! February 18th will see their new rollercoaster opening at Seaworld® Orlando. IceBreaker® will feature four breath-taking airtime filled launches, both backwards AND forwards.
Better hold onto something as the ride catapults you into a REVERSE LAUNCH then straight into the STEEPEST, beyond vertical drop in Florida!! This drop is 93ft high with a 100 degree angle. Still not done!!! The thrills continue as the 1,900 ft long coaster flies through an almost vertical ‘top-hat manoeuvre’ followed by more twists, turns and white knuckle airtime hills. In addition, the new rollercoaster reaches speeds of up to 52mph. Plus, it is worth mentioning that this rollercoaster does not go upside down.
IceBreaker® is named after icy Arctic summits and follows their chilly polar theme. The previous opening of Antarctica: Empire of the Penguin in was in 2013 and their last coaster to open was Mako® in 2016. The new coaster will be located opposite Wild Arctic®.
