Marvel Super Hero Island®

See all your favorite comic book heroes in this area of the park. There are some great coasters and 3D simulators located here. Feel your tummy in your throat as you rise and fall on Dr. Doom’s Fearfall®. You get a super fast start when you ride the rage on the The Incredible Hulk Coaster®. Spin as fast as tornado (or as fast as your arms will spin you) when you get in the dizzying Storm Force Accelatron®. There is a great quick bites stop right between these last two attractions – great pretzels but make your purchase after the rides! You can ride along with Spider-Man in an action packed 3D simulator ride on The Amazing Adventures of Spider-Man®.

Toon Lagoon®

This area takes you back to the days when comic strips and cartoons were the best part of the day. Adults appreciate the nostalgia of their childhood favorites and the kids love the interactive playing. On Me Ship, The Olive®, kids get to explore Popeye’s boat and blast water from cannons onto unsuspecting passersby. Well, they are not totally unsuspecting; they are on Popeye & Bluto’s Bilge-Rat Barges® ride and probably already soaked from the free fall drop and rapids. Since you are already wet, head over to take the plunge at Dudley Do-Right’s Ripsaw Falls®. There are sit down and quick bites available here. You will love the decor and food found in the Comic Strip Cafe®

Jurassic Park®

You will get goosebumps when you step into this part of Islands of Adventure and see that extra tall barbed wire electric fence…failed. Your steps will quicken as you follow the streets of this Jurassic world. Ahead of you lies mystery and intrigue on the Jurassic Park River Adventure® – people say there is quite a fright just before a drop into the river. Kids will love exploring in Camp Jurassic® and you can get rid of the sand from all their excavating fun on the Pteranodon Flyers® that fly you over the sand pits for some aerial views of the park. You can have a seat at the Thunder Falls Terrace® and dry off a bit while you eat or grab something quick from a nearby stand.

NEW ATTRACTION: Skull Island: Reign of Kong – watch a colossal battle between Kong and T-Rex dinosaurs as Kong fights for dominance of his kingdom and your protection!

The Lost Continent®

Mythological stories of unbelievable creatures unfold here in The Lost Continent®. Get lost in the mystic adventures of Poseidon’s Fury®, a pyrotechnic and laser light show filled with special effects will take you on a wondrous journey under the sea. See epic stunts in The Eighth Voyage of Sinbad® Stunt Show and on your way don’t forget to stop at the mouthy Mystical Fountain – always good for a witty exchange or a splash! You will find some foods with Mediterranean flair at Mythos Restaurant and a few quick bites locations.

Dr. Seuss in Seuss Landing™

Everyone’s favorite rhymer Dr. Suess has a stoo-pendous area of Islands of Adventure that has many of the wacky shaped images from his books. You will find family friendly rides throughout Dr. Seuss in Seuss Landing™, like The High in the Sky Seuss Trolley Train Ride!™, Caro-Seuss-el™. and the up and down and round ‘n’ round fun of One Fish, Two Fish, Red Fish, Blue Fish™

Most popular attraction of this area is The Cat In The Hat™, where you will journey through an adventure with the zany Cat in The Hat™, who always causes a raucous just for fun! There is a great wet/dry play area for the kids themed after one of his famous books, If I Ran The Zoo™. Great atmosphere for lunch or dinner at Circus McGurkus Cafe Stoo-pendous™. The LIVE character meet and greet show, Oh! The Stories You’ll Hear! featuring your favorite Dr. Seuss book characters telling stories of Dr. Seuss’ imagination. Be sure to bring your autograph book for some really cool interactions!

The Wizarding World of Harry Potter™ – Hogsmeade™

This is the newest area inside Islands of Adventure and by far the most popular themed area inside the park. On Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey™, you will be able to ride along with Harry Potter on his magical broom to explore Hogwarts™ castle. You’ll get to soar in and out of the classrooms you have seen on the screen a million times like, Dumbledore’s office and the Defence Against the Dark Arts rooms. Meet the challenge of two opposing dragons in the Dragon Challenge dueling coasters run side by side in an epic battle for first place. Flight of the Hippogriff ™ is a family friendly coaster that journeys through Hagrid’s garden patch. Be sure to sample the Butter Beer™ and Pumpkin Juice ™ at nearby Three Broomsticks™; you can get some tasty authentic British food here- YUM! There are LIVE performances from the Frog Choir and the Tri-Wizard Spirit Rally happen throughout the day so be sure to check your times and info map when you arrive for showtimes.

TIP: You’ll need admission to both of the Universal Orlando® theme parks to experience the Hogwart’s™ Express and journey from the Harry Potter areas at both parks. Or you can visit your favorite land with a Single Park Admission ticket.
