HomeCare Team

Eagle Management knows how important it is to be sure that vacation homes need to measure up to guest and owner standards. We employ a highly skilled team of homecare professionals to be sure this happens. Our HomeCare Team consists of 3 departments: Quality Care, Maintenance, and Customer Service. Each department works hand in hand with great communication and follow up with their manager.

Home Care Team Orlando

Our Quality Care team is comprised of field-based home inspectors and an office support team. Inspectors are assigned to pre-check vacation homes ready for guest arrival. Inspectors deliver guest welcome bags, check the quality of the housekeeping, make sure all appliances are working, cable and Wi-Fi are active, and that there are no issues to which could affect a guest’s stay.
There is a checklist that is completed on our Property Care app to show photos and provide office support staff with proper information to action any issue found. The Office Support Team receives a report of each inspection and they process any necessary work orders or inventory needs found on inspection. Twice a year, our office team schedules in depth inventories and home evaluations to make sure each home has the correct level of inventory and is in marketable condition. At this time owners will receive recommendations to improve the appearance and marketability of the home. Our goal is to keep our owners well informed about what is going on in their home and earn their trust. It is important that owners know that we have their best interests in mind.
Another area of Quality Care is managing supporting vendors, like pool technicians, lawn care and other general contractors. Our team can assist with just about anything an owner may need, from minor repairs to major remodeling. After many years, we have a long list of trusted and reliable contractors who can provide quotes and resolution in any area that may be needed.

Property Maintenance Team

Eagle Management has a very knowledgeable maintenance staff that handles the upkeep and minor maintenance to vacation homes we manage. They perform guest call out requests for repairs or nonfunctioning items as well as regularly scheduled maintenance. Our maintenance team performs annual and quarterly scheduled maintenance for vacation homes, just like what is required at our own homes. Annually, most batteries are changed in the home and typically coordinated with the fire extinguisher renewal/recharge for efficiency. Quarterly maintenance includes changing AC filters and cleaning the drain lines to prevent any sludge build up in the pipes to cause water damage in the vacation home. Periodically there will be a need for pressure washing, interior/exterior painting and screen maintenance, our team does it all!

Customer Service Team

Customer service is a vital part of any company, but this is especially true in the vacation home industry. Reviews drive the success of any business today. Eagle Management is very conscious of this and has a team in place to make sure guests are well looked after and satisfied with their stay in the vacation homes we manage. Our customer service team reviews all upcoming reservations to make sure that all requests are honored, and our team is prepared to make sure that guest expectations are met. Pre-arrival emails are sent with check in details and letting guests know that we offer vacation enhancement services as well. These items include early check in, celebration packages, gas grill rentals and pool heating. This is very helpful to guests as they can add these items prior to arriving with less stress. Guests are called on the morning after their arrival to check that everything is as expected and to let guests know that we are here for them during their stay. Should a guest experience a problem during their stay, our customer service team jumps into action to solve it quickly. The last thing anyone wants on vacation are lingering problems that affect their stay. Eagle Management wants to give every owner the security that our mutual guests are treated well and enjoy their stay, so they leave a GREAT review and come back to stay with us.
