Villa De Rosa (2186LC) is the ultimate in vacation destinations! This custom-designed 10-bedroom, 8-bathroom villa is built with vacationers and fun in mind, offering everything you could wish for and more. Capable of housing up to 20 guests, the home features 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and 8 bedrooms upstairs, making it perfect for large families or groups travelling together. 
After a day of adventure at the parks, what better way to relax and unwind then in your own private, fully screened backyard pool and bubbling spa.  Lie back on a sun lounger and soak up the glorious Florida sunshine. The air-conditioned, amazingly themed games room is another highlight, offering endless fun for all ages. The open concept plan on the main level is bathed in natural light, creating a bright and spacious living area. 
Downstairs, you'll find a luxurious King Master Suite and an additional King bedroom with easy access to a shared bath. Upstairs, there is a large loft area, complete with a pool table and comfortable seating — ideal for movie nights. The remaining 8 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms are arranged surrounding the loft area. 
Villa de Rosa also offers access to top-notch resort amenities, including a zero-entry communal pool, water slides, lazy river, children's splash pad, putting green, gaming arcade, basketball courts, beach volleyball court, fitness center and poolside café.

Heating is available from October - May at $30 per night plus tax 
Requires at least 4 consecutive days of use and is best when added pre-arrival 
Florida does experience cold days where pool heating may be ineffective 
No refunds issued for pool heating unless the heater malfunctions 
Pools are heated to 85-88 degrees; spas to a maximum of 98 degrees
