What is a vacation home?

A vacation rental home is a privately owned house, town house, or condo, rented out to guests when owners are not using it. Typically this is for short-term intervals — anywhere from three days to a month or two. Generally, the homeowner does not live in the house, but instead owns it for investment purposes and occasional private use.

How do I make a reservation?

You can make a reservation or an inquiry via our website or you can call our knowledgeable and helpful reservations team at 1-866-377-4645. For general questions or group reservations, email to info@orlandorentavilla.com for a prompt response. Booking deposit is only $150.00 and balance will be due 6 weeks prior to arrival.

Do we have to go to the Rent A Villa / Eagle Management office for check-in?

If the guest has reserved directly with Rent A Villa / Eagle Management they will receive their driving directions and access codes prior to arrival. We register our guests prior to arrival via an electronic agreement, once this is processed you will be sent check-in details normally 14-7 days prior to arrival. Reservations through third party agents will have different arrival instructions. If your arrival date is within 30 days then there are specific check in details to follow and this will require to check in at the office in person to show the ID and credit card used.

What are the check-in and check-out times? Can I check in early, late or extend my stay?

Our check-in time is 4PM or later and check out is by 10AM. Early check-in and late check-out is not a request that can be guaranteed, as it is based on availability; please phone our office to inquire on availability of your request. For stay extensions, please phone our office at your earliest opportunity to check on availability. Charges will apply.

What are your office hours?

Orlando Rent A Villa by Eagle Management is open 7 days a week as follows:

Local Office hours 8A-5P 7-days a week. Customer Service agents are available by phone 24-hours,7-days a week

We have an emergency service available after hours. Non-emergency callers have the ability to leave a message and receive a return call the following morning.

What is our cancellation policy?

Below is our cancellation policy for The RENTER OF RECORD’s reference

16 days or more prior to arrival = 0 penalty.

15-8 days prior to arrival = penalty of 50% reservation cost

7 days or less prior to arrival = penalty of 100% reservation cost

Are the pools heated?

Due to increased costs to the home owner, pool heating is not included in your rate. Pool heating can be added to your reservation in advance or upon arrival. Please call or email our office to inquire about the cost of this service, and other pertinent information concerning pool heating for your rental property. Please note:  Temps below 55 degrees will halt the operation of electric pool heaters, which are commonly installed in Florida.  There are no refunds for cold temperatures.

Do you allow pets?

We have pet friendly homes but you must check availability before making a reservation. Pet fee is $150.00 per pet and is non-refundable.

How close are the homes to major theme parks?

Our homes are closer to Disney, a 10-20 minute drive and to Universal, Sea World, Wet N Wild and Aquatica it will be approximately a 25-30 minute drive. This is a very easy drive as all our homes have a major interstate exit close by.

What do we have to bring?

Our vacation rentals are self-catering, which means they are equipped with towels and sheets, a well-equipped kitchen including silverware, dinnerware and basic cookware. You will have a roll of toilet tissue in each bath, small soap bar, bin liner for all trash bins, and a dishwasher pellet. Guests should bring their own personal hygiene items, including wash cloth or bath sponge; cleaning and laundry supplies can be purchased at nearby shops. (Major retailers offer travel size products for your convenience)

Are the homes non-smoking?

Yes, in accordance with state law, all of our vacation rentals are non-smoking. Smoking is only permitted outside in the pool deck area or around the outside of the home. Please pick up your used cigarette butts and dispose of them properly.

Do you have an emergency line in case there are any issues?

Yes, we have an emergency line available 24 hours for major emergencies only. If your issue can wait until the next business day kindly press zero when calling and leave a voicemail and your issue will be handled the next day, our staff answers this phone so we ask for consideration with issues that can be handled the next day. If you are lost and need directions we suggest you stop at a gas station and seek help getting to your destination as the emergency phone attendant may not be familiar with the local area.
