This brand new vacation home has 5 luxurious bedrooms for you and the entire family. The living area provides plenty of seating on the large comfy sectional sofa. Gather everyone around to watch a show or sports game after a long day of adventures around the Orlando area. There s a separate area with fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs or just to warm up a midnight snack from one of the delicious restaurants nearby. The breakfast bar with 3 stools is ideal for a casual quick meal in the morning to energize the start of your day. For a more formal meal especially for the holidays, there s a dining area that seats 6. The main sliding doors to the patio can be accessed via the living area where you can relax under the covered lanai or cool off in the pool. Soak the evening away in the spillover spa. Enjoy your meals in the dining room if you find that you need a break from the Florida sun or dine al fresco at the patio table during the cooler mornings and evenings.

There are 2 master suites with king size beds, one downstairs and the other upstairs with en-suite bathrooms each with dual sinks. A restful night s sleep in these cozy beds is sure to accompany the eventful days. Kids will love the Mickey and friends themed bedroom.

Looking for more entertainment within the comfort of your vacation home? Look no further than the converted garage games room. Terms And Conditions:

Payment Terms - Outside of 30 days from arrival, the initial deposit is 50%, the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Inside of 30 days of arrival full payment is required.
Cancellation Policy - Cancellation Penalty is 20% from the initial date of booking up to 30 days prior to arrival. 50% if less than 30 days prior to the arrival date. 100% if less than 15 days prior to arrival date.
Check-in time is 4:00 pm
Check-out time is 10:00 am
All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
Tax is not included in nightly rates
There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
Cleaning service is NOT included but please ask for a quote
Pool heat available for a fee and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spa / Hot Tub to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation.
This property does not include a BBQ, however, we do have them available for rental.
The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
Bookings made inside of 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
Max of 6 cars per address
Cancellation policy: Free cancellations within 48 hours of making the reservation. After 48 hours, all cancellations are subject to the following cancellation penalty fee percentages of the total rental cost, including all fees. 20% from the initial date of booking up to 30 days prior to the arrival date (the rental deposit is non-refundable, after 48 hours). 50% if less than 30 days prior to the arrival date. 100% if less than 15 days prior to the arrival date.

"5 stars across the board. This was my 4th time staying in Orlando in the past year and I'll say this was my best experience with the biggest group. There was 7 guys all taking their own bed. Plenty of space and the home is better than the pictures. Only thing I'll remind anyone booking is that there is no spare paper towel, trash bags, toilet paper, and/or laundry detergent. There was one single issue with the hot tub but was resolved within hours of letting them know. Can't wait to stay here again!

"This vacation home is spectacular for families including grandchildren! The pool table, the air hockey, the den with theater seats were all a hit for our family. AC, utilities, and WiFi all worked flawlessly. Conveniently located to the Disney properties. Just be aware that the gas grill is not part of the amenities.

"We had a lovely stay at this home! It was clean, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable for our group of five. Having everyone in their own bedroom and bathroom made the trip extra enjoyable. The beds were cozy, and the provided shower products were a nice touch. We were very glad we paid for the pool heat—without it, the spa wouldn't have been usable, so I'd recommend future guests should consider paying for that option. The house is well laid out, easy to relax in, and only a short drive to the Disney parks. Also, note that the coffee pot is a traditional drip machine for ground coffee, not K-cups. Overall, a great home base and we'd happily stay here again!

"We rented this home for a family vacation for 7 of us. The home was exactly as it is shown online and had everything we needed and more. The only hitch for us was we paid for the pool to be heated and it was not. Still working with the property management to get a refund for that.m so we will see. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this property

"We absolutely loved our stay in this property. The house had everything you could need or want! Its super close to the clubhouse, community pools and amenities which makes things so convenient! The restaurant is great and reasonably priced and all staff at Dolara are amazing! Two things id say - first, make sure you add pool heat in advance of yoir stay and 2 - the grill on the property cannot be used so make sure you dont plan for that. Rental grills are avaialble. Overall wed stay here again!!

Spacious home convenient to Disney Parks

"Our group of eight had a great stay here. TONS of room for all, and SO many bathrooms! Very convenient to drive to/from Disney properties, about 20-35 mins each way depending on time of day and traffic. Kitchen had plenty of dishes; completely bare of any cooking supplies, so plan on a trip to the local Publix (10 mins away) for anything. Three bathrooms had tiny toiletries (1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 bar soap), which felt a little skimpy for a group of our size for nearly a week. One roll of TP per bathroom was provided. Not deal breakers, but good to know going into it. Because we had made this reservation with less than 30 days before our stay, we had to physically go to the property management company before getting access to the property, which added over an hour to our commute during rush hour. We wished there had been an easier way to accomplish that online rather than having to show up with documentation in person after traveling a full day cross-country. That said, this place is fantastic and we will look forward to staying here again on future trips to the area.

"This is exactly what you're looking for. Private gated community with the restaurant, a store, an outdoor mini water park for children, a large adult pool, walking paths, well maintained. The house is top notch. Clean, spacious, super comfortable beds, wonderful covered pool and jacuzzi with privacy window panes on the pool cover, covered outdoor deck with ceiling fan and bathroom so you don't even have to go back into the house. Very modern, phenomenal theater room with nine seats, surround sound, two game rooms, one with poo and table tennis, the other with foosball, air hockey, and PlayStation. Large televisions in every room. Excellent Harry Potter themed bedroom with private bathroom, a bathroom for every bedroom. Modern appliances -- just book it and thank me for my review.

"The home was very spacious and accommodated my family of 5 very well. The house was modern and clean. The only thing was the homes were close together and some homes were playing loud music during the day that made it uncomfortable to sit around the pool. Also, the home was conveniently located to Disney but it was still a 25 minute drive. I would stay here again.

"Property presents as nice in person as it does in pictures. Had everything we needed. Plenty of room to spread out and enjoy. Pool at home is great and community pool, activities, music, food, bar, etc was awesome. Drive to Disney Parks was 30-40 minutes during heavy traffic.

"The property is amazing. However, since most guests are at the Disney parks all day, there was not much chance of enjoying all the games and movie room. You could probably use that space more efficiently. Also, there are a couple of room that definitely need ceiling fans, because it did get warm in those rooms, eventhough the temp. outside was in the 50's to 70's.

"Since most guests staying here will probably be at Disney parks all day, the game rooms and movie room space could probably be used more efficiently with another bedroom, for example. Also, a couple of the rooms definitely need ceiling fans. It got kind of warm at night, eventhough the temps ranged between 50-60 degrees at night. And the box fan in the closest of the downstairs master bedroom didn't cut it. However, this is an amazing property with plenty of space, bedrooms, and bathrooms, and an updated kitchen, and elegant rooms.

"The home was very nice and was clean. They only leave 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, a very small roll so if you stay a week you will have to buy more. There is only dishwasher detergent and laundry detergent for 1 load, stuff for 2 would be nice since they ask you to start a load of each before you leave.

"The bedrooms were a big hit, decorated for adults and kids alike. A short walk across the street was a playground and splash pad for younger kids. Adult pool and beverages. "I've rented many vacation homes over the years and I can stay this was one of the top two for me. The property did not let me down or the staff. Your company needs to advertise more either with Triple A or other means because I had a hard time finding your website. Also it would help in the listing to note that this is a new build and you may not find it on map quest or google map. I've already given your information to a co-worker who is planning a vacation to your area in 2020.
