This Key West-style custom home is located in the Fairway Ridge North neighborhood, of the desirable west side of Reunion Resort. This neighborhood is surrounded by the beautiful landscape of the Jack Nicklaus Tradition golf course. Reunion Resort is only 6 miles to the gates of Disney !

The fully equipped luxury kitchen comes with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and white cabinets. There are a large granite island and breakfast bar. The open planned living area has a dining area with seating for twelve. Then, two large doors lead out to the spacious pool deck.
The large 22ft x 17ft pool and spillover spa back onto the conservation and the golf course, the ideal setting to relax and soak up the Florida sun. For those that like al-fresco dining there is a table with seating for 6.

Kids will love the amazing themed games/theater room complete with air conditioning, equipped with an air jocky table and a multi arcade game machine featuring some of the favorite classic games.
Upstairs the home has beautiful wooden flooring in the second living area that has a TV and seating for 4. For your convenience upstairs there is a separate laundry room with washer and dryer, iron and ironing board.

All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
This home has an outdoor pool without a screen enclosure that is cleaned and serviced once a week. Please be aware that in between the weekly clean all outdoor pools are susceptible to some minor debris such as mulch or leaves being blown into the pool. Especially during periods of heavy rain. A skimmer net is provided to remove any debris in between the weekly cleans.
The complimentary BBQ grill is provided free of charge. Reunion Vacation Homes and/or the Owner do not accept liability for equipment failure. It is the guests responsibility to clean and maintain the barbecue.
Pool heat is available and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spillover Spa to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation.
Max of 6 cars per address
Cancellation policy: Free cancellations within 48 hours of making the reservation. After 48 hours, all cancellations are subject to the following cancellation penalty fee percentages of the total rental cost, including all fees. 20% from the initial date of booking up to 30 days prior to the arrival date (the rental deposit is non-refundable, after 48 hours). 50% if less than 30 days prior to the arrival date. 100% if less than 15 days prior to the arrival date.

"This was a beautiful house in a gated community. We didn’t get a chance to check out the Reunion amenities. Check in was very easy as it was contact free. Plenty of dishes and pots and pans to use. Some training on how to use some of the features of the house would have been appreciated.

"We have stayed at several other rental properties before, but this one is at the top of our list. The home is located in a beautiful neighborhood and very close to all of the theme parks. With that, it made our mornings very stress free. We loved the spacious sunlit living area, the ability to pull open the folding glass doors to expand this space out to the amazing, furnished patio w/ a gas grill. There was plenty of space at the large 12 person dining room table and outdoor patio for all our friends and family. The balcony off of the master suite was excellent for watching golfers and drinking coffee in the morning. At the end of our long days at the theme parks, we took to the private, outdoor hot tub and pool for some relaxation. This home is also packed with tons of entertainment including: large screen TV's in every room, a Harry Potter themed theater room, game consoles in multiple rooms, and even sand bag toss, all included. The Mickey Mouse & Toy Story themed kids rooms were a major hit with our kids. They were so excited to see their favorite characters on the walls and stay in the crafty bunk beds. We would highly recommend this property!

"My wife, friends and I stayed at the house for our vacation. The house was perfect for the four of us and would be very comfortable for three families. The five bedrooms were well done with the three masters having an attached bathroom. The kids rooms were fun and had a Jack and Jill bathroom between them. All bedrooms had new mattresses that were very comfortable. The game/theatre room was decorated in a Harry Potter Theme and included a projection tv, multi game video game, and an air hockey table. There was a coffee bar upstairs that was perfect for morning coffee and included a game table for those rainy days. The family/kitchen was very large table that would sear 16. The kitchen was well stocked. The pool deck had a large pool and hot tub and had two daybeds and four lounge seats. We were told that a basketball hoop was being added to the pool. It also included a grilling area with two tables under a covered area. The house was very clean And had been recently renovated. We played golf and rented clubs from Orlando Golf Club rentals to go orlandogolfclubrentalstogo.com. The clubs were dropped off at the house on the morning we golfed and picked up the next morning, very easy and great clubs. We also ate at two restaurants that I would recommend, Delmonico’s and Rocco’s Tacos both very close to the house. I would highly recommend this rental and can’t wait to return with my kids.

Amazing Large Pool Deck, Pool, Day Beds, Theatre/Game Room, Comfortable Bed

"All we can say is WOW!!! What an awesome pool area & Theatre/Game room. The pool deck has 2 double day beds & 6 loungers. We spent a lot of time in the pool & hot tub & hanging out in the day beds. We watched Football & a movie on the 120" movie screen on the most comfortable theatre seating ever. Even played air hockey & the video games that brought back many memories. Everything in the house was in new condition & we had tons of room to eat & lounge inside & out. The bedrooms were roomy & comfortable. Great nights sleep. Awesome view of the putting green from the pool deck & Master Bedroom & Balcony. We came down for an adults golf/tourist week but we are bringing the kids & Grand kids back ASAP. The 2 Kids rooms are really well done in Toy Story & Mickey's Club House themes. We will be back.

"There were a few times before the stay that I reached out to members on the team and they were nothing but very helpful. I had questions about a discount and credit card payments and the team was able to assist me both times. Furthermore all instructions given were easy to follow. I think we can all agree our favorite part was the outside pool area. This property has a little bit bigger of a pool area then most properties so there was plenty of room to sun bathe and also swim. I will say I was a bit nervous at first because I had never rented a vacation home and so you hear great stories and you hear horror stories so I didn't know what to expect. I will say I was pretty impressed. The property was just like the pictures and it was very easy to check in and check out. Overall I was really impressed and would absolutely rent from you guys again. Thanks for helping make my families vacation experience a positive one!

"Always a pleasure, even when on business! So much better than staying in a hotel! We stayed with 4 other people that are friends/colleagues of my husband. The fact that the house is spacious and everyone had their own bathroom was wonderful. Also, the pool & hot tub were used almost every day! This is our 2nd time staying at this property and will again when we return for business next year!

"A gift--clean, private, well-maintained. Had everything we needed. Loved being here. We had a great girls' weekend here which was well accommodated by the lovely and private suites we each were able to have to ourselves. So we had great community space and great privacy. Looking out on the palm trees and fairway was a gift!! So pretty.

"The home layout was wonderful and the decor was beautiful. Our family of 5 stayed there for a week but the home easily could have accommodated another family and we would have had plenty of space. With three master bedrooms and en-suite baths, there is a lot of privacy. The kids loved the game room. We spent a lot of time in the private pool but for anyone who wants more action, there are several large pools and a water park on the resort property. It's so quiet and peaceful in the resort that it's hard to believe you are in the middle of a city. The location is perfect and easily accessible. It's only 2 exits from Disney World and 20 minutes from Universal Studios...and outlet malls if you like to shop. There are a lot of great restaurants within a few minutes drive. There is also a grocery store very close by so we were able to stock up on food and snacks for the week. For those who like to eat in, the kitchen is stocked with everything you would need to prepare your own meals. This is definitely a vacation home we plan to return to.
