The dinner table offers seating for 8 plus additional seating for 4 by the kitchen island. The living area also offers plenty of sitting in front of the wall-mounted TV and has outside access.

The first bedroom is a king master, the second bedroom is a queen master and lastly, the third bedroom offers 2 bunk beds (both twin over twin) with an Xbox.

Terms And Conditions

A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
Check-in time is 4:00 pm
Check-out time is 10:00 am
All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
This property does not include a BBQ, however, we do have them available for rental.
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
The pool in Eagle Trace is heated seasonally.
Max of 6 cars per address
Cancellation policy: Free cancellations within 48 hours of making the reservation. After 48 hours, all cancellations are subject to the following cancellation penalty fee percentages of the total rental cost, including all fees. 20% from the initial date of booking up to 30 days prior to the arrival date (the rental deposit is non-refundable, after 48 hours). 50% if less than 30 days prior to the arrival date. 100% if less than 15 days prior to the arrival date.

Fun getaway with the family

"We had to so much fun at this rental. Everything is at it appears in the photos. Kitchen is fully stocked with whatever you would need. Beds are comfy and the bunk beds were a hit with the kids. We took advantage of the water park and the pools at reunion. We stayed at the water park all day and had a blast. My only con is that the neighbors were very loud 2 of the nights with playing loud party music. It isn’t anything that these owners can control so I don’t fault them but definitely something they affected our sleep while we were there. We would 100% stay at this rental despite the loud music.

"The property is exactly as shown in the pictures. Everything is new, plenty of kitchen appliances, pool towels, excellent quality Towels and linens. The home was very close to the Traditions restaurant, what was convenient on the day we arrived. I’d certainly stay again!
