This beautiful condo is in a fantastic location, positioned in the centrally-located Reunion Resort community of Centre Court Ridge which has a playground, volleyball court. It is also only a short walk away from the Seven Eagles pool, and The Cove bar and grille. It is also in close proximity to the Reunion Grande hotel and clubhouse along with its selection of restaurants and bars.

The kitchen is stocked with stainless steel kitchen appliances, granite countertops as well as additional seating at the breakfast bar for 4. Enjoy lunch, dinner, or a mid-day snack at the dining table that has seating for 4. Walk into the open-planned living room that includes a large flat-screen TV, and plenty of seating that allows everyone to gather together and spend quality time. This condo offers a beautiful view of the Reunion Resort with an expanse of sliding glass doors. All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
Max of 6 cars per address
Cancellation policy: Free cancellations within 48 hours of making the reservation. After 48 hours, all cancellations are subject to the following cancellation penalty fee percentages of the total rental cost, including all fees. 20% from the initial date of booking up to 30 days prior to the arrival date (the rental deposit is non-refundable, after 48 hours). 50% if less than 30 days prior to the arrival date. 100% if less than 15 days prior to the arrival date.
