The Florida Vacation Rentals Ban Has Been Lifted
We’re pleased to announce that the vacation rental ban in various counties in Florida, have been lifted. Guests can now resume booking vacation homes through our website and with our reservations team.

We are committed to providing a safe vacation spot for your family. As such we are following all Safe Home guidelines set forth by the Vacation Resort Management Association. We know these are just guidelines and not all companies have chosen to follow them, but nothing is more important to us than your health and safety.
We have instituted a mandatory wait time of 24 hours in between stays and are using the highest safe clean protocols available. We are performing a high touch wipe of each and every surface as well as ‘fogging’ each home with an anti-bacterial spray as a last and final step before your check in. You can rest easy that we’ve taken extraordinary steps to provide a clean, comfortable, and safe place to relax.
Located in the resort community of Bridgeford Crossing, this newly renovated home offers everything you need to make your next Disney vacation the most memorable trip!

The huge family room, with its convenient open-plan design linking it to the kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Aside from the cooker, microwave oven, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, coffee-maker, kettle, toaster and blender, lots of thought has been given to all the little things, so there is an extensive inventory of crockery, glasses, cutlery, pots and pans and every other utensil and accessory you could ever want.

The family room features a brand new sectional sofa, a large HD TV.
Outside the sliding doors is a completely covered lanai area, encompassing a seating area, dining table and a TV. There is a BBQ grill as standard and also some outdoor games. Perfect for a relaxing evening.

This home is all on one level and access to the double garage is included.

For your convenience there is a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board.

The clubhouse and amenities in this sub-division are for owners use only

Guests are welcome to enjoy the comprehensive cable package available on all TV’s throughout this home.

"This home was beautifully designed, spacious, safe and very comfortable. Unfortunately, we were staying in the area to visit with a terminally ill family member. Knowing we had such a nice, clean home to come back to after rough days was very convenient and comforting.

"The house was clean and spacious. I loved how comfortable the furniture was including the beds. The neighborhood was quiet as well. The location was to the places we wanted to go, but traffic and accidents made the drive much longer. We knew that before we booked. We didn't have time for these but the clubhouse was closed. The pool was under construction and the tennis courts needed some TLC. Would definitely stay there again in the future.

"This house is very nice and has a great outside area for relaxing in the evenings. The house was very clean with the exception of the floor which was sticky, especially in the kitchen area. The supply of TP was lacking a bit. Overall highly recommended.

Great Stay

"My Wife and i booked this home and absolutely loved the stay. The only issue was the previous tenants must have used the tea kettle for something other than water and the cleaning folls missed it and there was mold in it. Not a big issue just warmed up water in a coffee mug. Nice neighbors and very quiet neighborhood. We would most definitely stay here again.

"This house was very comfortable and clean. Hot sun and rain was not a problem with our car in the garage. The use of the garage made a lot of difference. Decor was so nice. Beds were restful. Great kitchen and back porch. We will.come back here next year.

"Beautiful home inside and outside. Need a few more dishes/pots and pans for vacationers that cook during their stay. Beware of ants. The next morning, after our first overnight stay, we found our car covered in ants on the outside. We quickly threw soapy water all over it. There was no hose to wash it off therefore we used different items around the kitchen to catch water in. The next morning the garage was covered. We went to walmart, purchased a product called Stem (children and pet safe) and sprayed each tire down, the ant trails going up the walls and across the floor...no more ant problems during our stay. Despite the ant problem, our stay was very comfortable and i would definitely stay at the home again.

"Overall this was a great stay. It could've been a bit cleaner like the bathroom rugs didn't looked washed. Ants in the guest bathroom. I had to call several times for minor things. Pool key, pack and play, etc. There should be a welcome list for guests. The address took me to the back entrance which was a bit annoying so that should be stated in arrival instructions. We wanted to ride the bikes but tires were flat. I would recommend this play to family and friend.
