This modern, immaculate, and luxurious villa, featuring 6-bedrooms and 6.5-bathrooms, is located in the prestigious Bear s Den Club at Reunion Resort. Offering stunning views of the Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course and enough space to sleep up to 16 guests, this villa is perfect for your next family vacation. Inside, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, a huge open-plan living and dining area with sliding doors to your own private pool, loft area, and a movie theatre/arcade room. This villa is situated just 6 miles from Walt Disney World Resort.

Step inside and be greeted by the grand foyer filled that leads you to the modern open floor plan of the living area, kitchen, and beautiful views of the pool. Every inch of this home has distinct detailing that was designed with a dream vacation in mind! The gorgeous contemporary furnishings are comfortable, stylish, and perfect for making priceless family vacation memories. Are you the chef in the family? Prepare and cook your favorite dishes in the fully equipped kitchen with seating for 3 around the center island breakfast bar or enjoy your home-cooked meal at the formal dining table with seating for 8.

Step outside to the patio to enjoy the beautiful Florida sunshine. Go for a swim in the custom-built pool or unwind in the spillover spa. Soak up the sun rays while relaxing on one of the sun loungers. Under the lanai enjoy a meal al fresco at the dining table that was cooked in the fully equipped summer kitchen while watching your favorite shows. Whether you are grilling in the summer kitchen or relaxing poolside you and your family will have a vacation of a lifetime.

The fun doesn t stop there, host a movie night in the private movie theatre/arcade room which features a 135-inch projector screen with comfortable recliners. You can also enjoy a game Nascar racing arcade in the private movie theatre/arcade room. Head up to the second floor for more entertainment in the loft featuring a pool table, comfortable sofa seating, and wet bar. Also, right outside the glass sliding doors, you can enjoy the stunning golf course views in the balcony area with plenty of seating.

This villa can comfortably accommodate up to 16 guests. There is a master suite with a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom on the first floor. 3 additional Master Suites can be found on the second floor. Each second-floor Master Suite is furnished with a king-sized bed and access to the upstairs balcony. Kids will love the two bedrooms custom-built just for them! Little ones will travel to magical lands and have an adventure in the first bedroom. Head to the other bedroom where kids will find themselves on another planet filled with action and excitement. It ll be hard to resist the fun that kids will have in the custom-built bunk beds, complete with a TV.

The rental agreement will be sent once the booking is made and must be completed within 48 hours to avoid potential cancellation
Pool and spa heating is available at an additional cost, with varying rates by property.

20% non-refundable deposit due at time of booking
Final payment due 60 days prior to your arrival

Bookings made inside of 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
