Located just 6 miles from Disney World Resort, this Reunion Villa has plenty to offer! Originally a private residence, the homeowner has spent a considerable sum upgrading the entire house.

With 7 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a private games room, summer kitchen and beautiful pool and private spa area, this home offers comfort throughout. An open layout in the living room, dining area and kitchen, the family can enjoy quality time together. The kitchen contains quartz countertops, white cabinetry, state of the art appliances, breakfast bar with seating for 4, and much more. The dining area comfortably seats 6 for formal dining. The living area features a beautiful and truly unique sectional sofa with granite built in bar area, large flat screen TV, and double doors that open to an outside lanai with unbeatable views of both the golf course and lake.

Outside you will find a custom pool with spillover spa, perfect summer kitchen with Wolf Grill, 6 sun loungers, and outside dining for 8. The sunset views from the summer kitchen are truly breathtaking and will be the highlight of your vacation. It s the perfect way to relax after a day on the golf course.

The master king bedroom has a built in double closet and double doors opening out to a balcony with outdoor sofas, coffee table, and sun-loungers. The ensuite master bathroom has a full bath, walk-in shower, and separate closed off toilet. There is an additional beautiful king bedroom with a private ensuite bathroom. You will also find two queen bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom. The kids will have their own fun space bedroom complete with 2 twin/twin bunk beds. A family bathroom is conveniently located across the hall from the other two bedrooms.

The main floor of the annex is a fun games room for the whole family! Featuring a pool table, skeeball and pac man multi-arcade for endless entertainment in addition to a comfortable sofa and Xbox. This will surely be your favorite room to hang out in! The second floor of the annex features a large king-size bedroom with a seating area and counters with a sink, mini fridge and microwave. There is another bedroom with two full beds and a family bathroom.

"Overall we loved our stay. The house was exactly the size we needed and having our own pool was amazing. We liked the Reunion resort, but mostly stayed at the house when we were on property. Negatives about the property: The door code we were given did not work on any door at check-in and a technician had to come out to fix it. There were A LOT of damages throughout the property. So many that I took pictures of each damage and sent them to the company. The waterpark is basically just a pool and lazy river. The kiddie area was being refurbished while we were there, but I don't think that would have helped too much. We were able to go to the other kiddie pool area with our kids, but that needs refurbishment ASAP. Also, the floors of the house were so dirty they were turning our feet black. We cleaned the floors, so it wasn't a huge deal, but I feel like we shouldn't have had to clean them. There were just starter cleaning/hygiene products there and we had to buy additional items like toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap. We brought our own toiletries and I'm glad we did. Even with these cons, we would absolutely stay here again and recommended using Magical Vacation Homes. It is a beautiful house, Reunion Resort is gorgeous, and Kelly with the customer care team and the technician who helped us (did not get his name) were top notch!

"Large condo w/amazing views Pros: Plenty of individual space for a family of 2 adults and 6 teens. Amazing view of a pond w/fountain, nice golf hole, & sunset skies. 2 separate master suites 1 full kitchen and separate kitchenette. Beautiful balcony/view off the main master suite. Great patio on main floor with plenty of space to entertain & dine. Private pool & access to water park, etc. Hassle-free gate guards/entry/exit in own vehicle. Ample pool towels provided, in addition to bath towels. Cons: Private pool was dirty upon our arrival, and management argued that someone was just there to clean it. They would not take our word for it and just send someone to clean it, they wanted us to take time out of our busy vacation days to take pictures and send them to them before they would clean it. We couldn't even clean it ourselves because the net on the skimmer was torn. There are 2 master suites, NOTE: THE SECOND MASTER SUITE IS ABOVE THE GARAGE/GAME ROOM, UP MANY STAIRS, AND DETACHED FROM THE MAIN HOME. While this worked out for us, we were anxious about having to choose two of our teenagers to stay in that master suite & 2nd bedroom apart from the main home. The latch on the external gate was broken, half repaired after we called, not secure to keep strangers out, which added to our anxiety about the detached bedrooms. Unit is BASIC and dated. A new kitchen counter & dishwasher would go a LONG way. We were able to grill and cook with what was provided.

"Everyone was very friendly and helpful from beginning to end. The only reason we wouldn't stay at the same home again would be to try out a different home in Reunion. This home was well taken care of and all our questions were answered quickly and kindly.

"the staff was the best I've had. very friendly and professional. Always greeted with a smile. The little issue I had was taking care of promptly with the exception of the pool. I enjoyed the stay and am looking forward the another stay with Magical Vacation homes. The house was great, a little narrow but ok for my family. The master bedroom was very nice and spacious. the view of the home was great.

"The Magical Vacation Homes team was very responsive and professional throughout the booking process. I received various emails throughout my booking process and during my different payment stages, but the one person who really stood out was Amber. She is an absolute rock star. Amber went above and beyond trying to make separate accommodations for my group after we found out about the bunk bed bedroom addition/change. We ultimately ended up staying in the same property, but I was very happy with her effort and professionalism. The ease of being able to check in/check out without having to really do any extra steps or make any separate stops for keys, etc. Overall it was a great stay and a great experience. Please try to do a complete walk-through of the property to check the small details and pay attention to the areas that need to be repaired (light bulbs, loose door handles/locks, etc). I expected there to be some sort of a welcome package, as mentioned in one of the Magical Vacation Homes videos. There were soap and other small amenities in each bathroom, however, the annex bathroom did not have any toilet paper and there were no extra rolls to be found in the entire home. The washing machine and dryer are obviously an amazing feature, but no "starter pack" detergent was provided. Luckily there is a Publix grocery store across from the entrance of the property, so it was easy to grab these small items. Was it a burden not to have these? Not really, I just expected at least a few starter items.
