At last, restrictions have been lowered to allow vacation rental companies to operate again. Both Osceola and Lake Counties are open and we are hoping that Polk County will follow shortly. Whilst there are still no international flights to Orlando, bookings are already slowly coming in with people desperate for a change of scenery and some fun.
Team Training
[two_third padding=”0 20px 0 0″]Our office is open again and our team has been in training, getting to grips with the new regulations and procedures pertaining to Covid-19. We are continuing to keep a three day period between rentals to ensure safety for our cleaning teams and our guests. New rulings mean that we will provide enough soap and disinfectant per house to enable a family to wash their hands keep the villa sanitized during their stay.[/two_third][one_third_last]

Parks

[/one_third][two_third_last]Disney Springs® is open again between the hours of 10am-10pm and will be practicing social distancing with lines, restaurants and shops. Upon arrival, guests’ will have their temperature taken and face masks will be required. Anyone with a temperature of 100.4°F or over will be refused entry, along with anyone else in their party.[/two_third_last]

[/one_third][two_third_last]Universal City Walk® is open from 4-10pm daily and the same restrictions will apply. Restaurants in and around Orlando are open and are running at 50% capacity. Walt Disney World® and Universal Orlando® are preparing to re-open soon.[/two_third_last]

[/one_third][two_third_last]Margaritaville’s water park, H20 Live, is also proposing to reopen on May 23rd with a limited entry capacity. Once this capacity is reached, further guests will be refused entry. The CDC states that “disinfection with chlorine…should inactivate the virus in the water.” Water in the park is double chlorinated and exposed to UV light in order to maintain the healthiest water possible. Please see the park’s website for further information. Life in Central Florida is gradually returning to normal, albeit with caution. A responsible approach is expected from the public to acknowledge and respect the social distancing and the associated sanitization required.[/two_third_last]

Why limit yourself to a tiny desk in a boring hotel room or lobby, when you can enjoy complete privacy and work poolside in your own villa? In your private vacation rental you can, go for a walk to stretch your legs, take a swim, make a snack, then settle back down without missing a beat. Need to travel with your whole team?
