-Only 2 compact vehicles per-home on the driveway and 1 in garage (If applicable)
-No Overnight Street Parking, your vehicle will be towed at your own expense
-Access for owners, guests & authorized service personnel only
-No parking for motorhomes, buses, trailers, boats, trucks or commercial vehicles.
-Do not block any sidewalks, other home’s driveways or mailboxes
-No parking on grass or sidewalks
-Unauthorized vehicles may be towed at your expense.
– HOA violations fees per vehicle towed will be charged at $75.
– Quiet Hours are 10PM to 8AM
