A wide avenue of trees is your welcome entry to Tuscan Ridge. The two sides of the development are separated by a central fountain. To one side you have The Village which has use of the clubhouse with fitness center as well as tennis courts, to the other The Countryside, of which quite a few of the villas back onto woodland conservation.
Located a mere half mile from the gates of the development you will find restaurants, a wine bar, gas station and a pharmacy. The nearest grocery store is about 3 miles away and there are a multitude of restaurants further up the road. The Disney attractions are easily accessible via Interstate 4 and are only 15 minutes away. Interstate 4 is also the main arterial route connecting the Atlantic and Gulf coasts, so you are never too far from a beach day trip.
