Legacy Park – The Estates

The Estates is an ideal choice for a Disney vacations and is one of seven individual communities within the Legacy Park sub-division. The Estates is made up of 104 single family vacation homes, each with it’s own private pool and landscaped yard. Just 4 minutes down the road from Legacy Park, on Poitras Road, there is a public ball field with soccer pitches, tennis and basketball courts, large children’s play area and, should you be travelling with a companion of the four legged kind, a massive fenced in dog park with water fountain and public conveniences.

Getting around is fairly straightforward as the main boulevard takes you to the US 27 and from there it is just a short drive to shops/restaurants. The nearest grocery store can be found at Berry Town Center and is a 5 minute drive. Here you can also find an Applebees restaurant, Sunday’s English Pub, Paddywagon Irish Pub, Kumo Japanese Restaurant, an Indian Restaurant, Chinese and an iHop breakfast restaurant.

There is also a gas station, banks, nail salon and our management office. A little bit further away, some 8 miles down the road, 15 minutes by car, you will find the Posner Park open air mall, which has restaurants, multi-screen movie theatre and other large stores.

The Disney attractions are easily accessible by taking US192 and are only 15 minutes away, the Universal/Islands of Adventure attractions are a bit further but still only 20 or so minutes by car. For a larger selection of restaurants, head to ‘restaurant row’ on Sand Lake Road, which is a 30 minute drive but well worth it for the selection of great eateries on offer there. International Drive with it’s many forms of entertainment including the Orlando Eye, Sea Life Center, Madam Tussauds, Ripley’s Believe It Or Not, Wonderworks, outlet malls and 100s of restaurants is also only a half hour drive.
