Nestled in amongst the fragrant orange trees that give the community it’s name, you’ll find Orange Tree. This is a development of around 400 single family rental villas with pools. Quite a few of the houses back onto conservation or a lake and some have a view of the original orange grove trees still standing in their planted lines. Where there are orange trees you will get orange blossom and when it blooms, the air is filled with their beautiful fragrance.
What’s Around?
Orange Tree is just a 20 minute drive to the Walt Disney World® attractions and 30 minutes to Universal Orlando®. There are plenty of restaurants within a 5 minute drive, as well as a SuperWalmart, post office, English café, a Cat Café and an Indian restaurant. Orlando’s famous Restaurant Row is 40 minutes away and this has a multitude of bars and restaurants for you to discover. Plus, just up the road, there is Lake Louisa State Park. 15,000 acres of unspoilt woodland to wander through, exercise, even ride horses and also a citrus growers where you can pick your own fruit.
Accommodation
The villas on Orange Tree vary in size from three to six bedroom homes. All villas have their own pool and some have a hot tub. There is a full size tennis court, three smaller ball courts, as well as a children’s play area available on-site. One of the villas available on this community is wheelchair accessible. There are ramps into the property, down into the games room and out onto the pool deck. Additionally, there is a roll-in shower with chair and a wheelchair accessible toilet, plus there is a pool hoist.
