You will find a grocery store and a gas station within half a mile away.

The clubhouse sits just inside the entrance gates and has a communal pool with zero-entry area for children. There is also a lane swim section for people who like to do laps. The pool overlooks the lake and has plenty of sun loungers, umbrellas and cabanas. So you can choose to tan in the sun, or seek out the shade and dive into a good book. There is also a hot tub, children’s play area, beach volleyball court and a paved walking trail. Get your step count up, walk the dog, or simply stroll through the neighborhood.
Inside the clubhouse you will find a comfortable TV room, internet room and fitness center. Host a business meeting, a children’s party or simply relax in the air conditioned clubhouse interior.
Attractions
Whilst Aviana is to be found on the quieter side of town, it is still only 30 minutes from the famous Walt Disney World® attractions. They are easily accessible and it’s not necessary to get on the motorways. Universal Orlando® and Seaworld® are also easily accessed via Interstate-4 and are about 45 minutes away. Orlando’s Restaurant Row, International Drive (both definitely worth checking out) and both of Florida’s beautiful coastlines can also be accessed from Interstate-4.
