What’s Inside?
4156OD is newly decorated and furnished throughout and has six bedrooms. This is a two storey vacation rental located on the beautiful Solterra Resort. Apart from having new furniture and new decoration the owners of this house have given great thought to the design of the interior. It is bright, airy and has a very relaxing feel throughout.
There are two separate TV seating areas; one downstairs and one upstairs. So, no arguing with the kids over who gets to watch the big TV!! Additionally, each bedroom has it’s own flatscreen TV. The garage has been converted to a games room and this has pool, air hockey, foosball, a high top table with chairs and a whacky colour scheme. Your children will love hanging out in here. It is not air conditioned but there is a large, powerful fan to keep you cool.
The villa has a fully screened in pool and spa with a wide sun deck. There are ample loungers and chairs to enable you to soak up the gorgeous Florida sunshine, plus there is also a shaded lanai area with patio table.
Solterra Amenities
Solterra Resort is well known for it’s first class amenities, which just keep getting better and better. Large zero entry community pool with water slide, spa, lazy river, private cabanas around the pool, poolside snack and drinks bar, beach volleyball court, tennis courts, practice ball field, children’s play area, fitness center and café/gathering room. Solterra is a gated resort with 24/7 security.
The Walt Disney World® attractions are a mere 15 minutes away and easily accessible via Interstate 4 which is literally just down the road. Groceries, eateries and take-outs are all within a five minute drive.
