Where Is It?

Located within the West Haven community in Davenport, Florida, Chelsea Park is a brand new development and is only 15 minutes away from Walt Disney World®. Consisting of approximately 100 villas, this community is gated and has the use of a communal swimming pool, gym, beach volleyball court, tennis courts and a children’s play area. West Haven is close to restaurants, stores and Interstate 4 for easy access to both of Florida’s beautiful coasts.

What’s Inside?

The house is two storey and has a single garage and driveway for a further vehicle. Upon entry you will find the family living area. This has a comfortable, white sectional sofa with chaise, wall mounted flatscreen TV. This leads on to the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen has brushed stainless appliances, an island with bar seating for 4 people and there is a dining table that can seat 6. Beyond this you will find the patio doors to the pool area.

All of the bedrooms are upstairs. There are two master suites; one has a king bed, the other a queen. Both have a chest of drawers, wall mounted flatscreen TV and en-suite bathroom. The en-suite bathrooms have a walk in shower, his n hers basins and a WC. Bedroom 3 has twin beds, bedroom 4 has single over full bunk beds and both have a wall mounted flatscreen TV. They share a family bathroom.

The pool area is fully screened and all exit doors, to the pool, have alarms on them for child safety. There is a shaded lanai area with patio table seating 4 plus sun loungers for working on that Florida tan. The crystal clear pool and hot tub are a welcome relaxation when returning from a day at the parks.
