ROOM FOR EVERYONE
If you’ve always struggled to fit everyone into the dining room, why not choose a home that fits you? A rental villa can have spacious living areas, more than one dining room, large bedrooms, games rooms, beautifully themed rooms for the kids AND of course a pool.
SKIP THE CLEAN
All our vacation homes are cleaned according to CDC standards, so there’s no need to haul and mop and bucket round before the family arrives. Way more fun and far less work than being at home!
FAMILY-FRIENDLY AMENITIES
It is well known that a change of scenery does a body good (especially at times like these) and it doesn’t get much better than a crystal clear, private pool and spa, maybe an in-home theatre (get rid of the guys that want to watch footie!) and pack the kids off to the games room. Not to mention the possibility of on-site resort facilities.
WELL STOCKED KITCHEN
The majority of rental villas have a fully equipped kitchen, packed with all the utensils and essential items needed to prepare a holiday meal to remember. We can even provide a starter food pack so you don’t have to dash out to the store immediately upon arrival. However, (for those driving to Orlando) if turkey just isn’t the same if its not served on Auntie June’s Platter, then be sure to bring it with you. Likewise, pack your favorite condiments just in case they are not available.
BEAUTIFUL HOLIDAY WEATHER
This time of year the temperatures in Orlando average around 78degF. Can we just brag a bit? It is beautiful and definitely the best time of year to visit. Cornflower blue skies, warm temperatures, less crowds and plenty of family adventures to be had.

We’ve all done it. Had a wonderful idea in our head for a three course, lavish meal for the family. Then the reality hits that YOU have to do it all from start to finish!!!! Why make it difficult? Keep it simple. Concentrate on the star attraction: the turkey or the ham and either get someone else to help with the side dishes or, even simpler, have them delivered from a local store. Whole Foods and Publix both offer delivery services.
Alternatively, if you are fed up with being the one to cook every year, ORDER EVERYTHING!! Forgotten the cranberry sauce? Not a problem, Walmart is always open at Thanksgiving.[/two_third_last]
DO A QUICK INVENTORY CHECK
Whether you plan to fly to Orlando or drive, be sure to take a quick check of what is available in the kitchen. Whilst basics are provided, things like tiered cake trays, extra large roasting pans and trifle dishes probably won’t be. Ensure you pre-purchase all that you will require before the day.
