In August of this year, Universal Studios® announced that it’s fourth major theme park, called Epic Universe®, is set to open in 2023. The 750 acre park will be built on land surrounding the Orange County Convention Center, along Universal Boulevard, and is set to create 14,000 career opportunities for the Central Florida area. Regular visitors to Orlando know that Universal Studios® and Islands of Adventure® are firm favorites for Harry Potter® fans and adrenaline junkies, plus the park is only minutes from most vacation rentals.
The company is keeping quiet as to which attractions will be at the new park but you can be sure it will be an “epic” adventure. Along with Islands of Adventure® and Volcano Bay®, Universal Studios® (which first opened 30 years ago) is Walt Disney World’s® largest competitor and they constantly strive to remain so.[/two_third_last]
