Highlands Reserve Golf community in Davenport, Florida is a tree-lined vacation rental oasis. The development is separated into individual neighborhoods, each with their own golf related name. The community has two separate entrances: The main one with traffic lights on the US-27 and a quieter side entrance, which exits near the shops at Berry Town Center. Quite a few of the rental villas have houses backing onto the various golf course fairways, others back onto conservation. At the center of it all is the golf pro shop and other community amenities.

The 18 hole golf course is moderately difficult with well tended fairways, plenty of bunkers and some sneaky water features. There is a driving range and a putting green for honing your skills. Carts are available and there is a pro-shop that sells basic golfing necessities.

There are paths for walking, a community swimming pool, tennis courts and a children’s playground. Within a minute by car there is a grocery store, bank, gas station, restaurants, take-outs, liquor store, nail salon, hairdressers and a pharmacy. Posner Park Mall is about 10 minutes down the road and Walt Disney World® is an easy 15 minute drive.
