Villa Description
We are a proud member of the Vacation Rentals Housekeeping Professionals (VRHP) All homes are cleaned and sanitized according to the guidelines laid out by the CDC as follows:
Disinfect kitchen and bathroom.
Sanitize dishes & flatware in the dishwasher.
Disinfect “high touch” points including: light switches and lamps; doorknobs and handles, keypads; tabletops; cabinet and dresser knobs; electronics and appliances.
Located on the resort community of Regal Palms, this is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhouse laid out over two floors. There is a ground floor bedroom, which has it’s own front door and can be locked off from the main house - perfect for traveling with grandparents or friends that want a bit of extra privacy. There is a queen bed, armoire with 30” TV, double closet and en-suite bathroom with bath/shower, basin and WC. The main area of the house is open plan with a dining table seating 6, sitting area with large comfortable sectional sofa, flatscreen TV and DVD player and patio doors. The kitchen is compact but has everything you would need for catering at home; electric oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, double sink with disposal unit and large American style fridge/freezer. Tucked away there is also a washer and dryer. Upstairs there are three further bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, chest with flatscreen TV, walk in closet and en-suite bathroom with bath/shower, basin and WC. Bedroom 3 has a Harry Potter theme with twin beds, closet and flatscreen TV and bedroom 4 has a Finding Nemo theme with twin beds, double closet and flatscreen TV. The family bathroom has a bath/shower, basin and WC. Regal Palms has a wealth of on-site facilities including two communal pools, lazy river, water slide, jacuzzi, tiki bar, beach volleyball court, kids play area, kids arcade, bar, restaurant, fitness center and spa.
Regal Palms Parking Procedure
- Each Home is assigned a total of two (2) parking spaces.
- Parking on the street within the community is permitted provided that there is the ability to have other vehicles pass by easily as the streets are designed for two -way traffic.
- Absolutely no parking on the grass as it damages utility and water lines.
- Parking at the clubhouse is reserved for guests and owners to use the amenities.
- There will be no overnight parking at the clubhouse. All vehicles left over night will be subject to towing at the expense of the vehicles owner.
- The Association is not responsible for any loss of valuables or damage to a vehicle
