Featuring: The Eden

The villa has a bright, open plan living and dining area.  The kitchen is fully equipped for catering at home and has a breakfast bar seating four people.  The family seating area has comfortable couches, large flatscreen TV and patio doors to the pool area.  There are two bedrooms downstairs; the master bedroom, which overlooks the pool and a further double bedroom.

Upstairs you will find the remaining three bedrooms and a large gaming loft featuring comfortable, sectional seating, pool table, large, wall mounted flatscreen TV and Playstation 4 console.  There is a family bathroom also.

To the rear there is a fully screened in pool with sunbathing deck, sun loungers and a safety fence for children.  The shaded lanai area provides relief from the Florida sun, has a glass patio table and chairs and a half bathroom for convenience.  For more information, please contact us.
